Spacious and spotless three bedroom with all new furnishings.

Close to all Tri Cities amenities and local wineries.

Kitchen is modern and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Combo air fryer, toaster, convection oven perfect for cooks! Gas stove with grill and quart countertops. Island with bar stool and table seats up to eight! Your choice of Nespresso or traditional coffee maker.

Fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and iron board as well as all laundry supplies.

Home is private and in a quiet neighborhood.

Back patio has nice table to enjoy summer nights in private backyard.

No smoking or parties on premises. A Ring doorbell is installed and will be on during your stay.

Central heat and air through out.

Clean and Well Appointed House in Pasco

This home was comfortable, clean, and brand new. We had a lovely stay. We were especially grateful for the blinds that blocked out the light and allowed us to sleep well (so often that is hard to find in a rental property). This home had everything you could need, highly recommended.

Great experience!

My parents, my husband and I stayed here while visiting the Tri Cities for my niece’s softball tournament. The house was perfectly clean, quiet neighborhood, easy access to the highway. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Jackie was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a clean comfortable rental!

Can’t Ask For More!

Three generations in town for a wedding. This house is one of the best that we’ve stayed at! The kitchen was fully equipped, with bells and whistles… air fryer oven, Nescafé machine.. everything was as advertised! Very quiet neighborhood, easy access… Can’t ask for more!
