This mountain cabin is the perfect retreat for a small group of friends, a romantic weekend in the mountains, family getaway or basecamp for your outdoor adventure.  1-bedroom, 1- bathroom, with a spacious loft to sleep a total of 8 guests.  The extra-large lot allows for ample space outside for you to spread out and park your toys.  If you are looking to spend your time indoors, the cabin’s main living space has a large living room open to the kitchen and dining area.

We loved our stay at this cabin. It was so cozy and very clean. It was supplied with anything and everything a person would need. The area was quiet and peaceful. I highly highly recommend a stay here.

We enjoyed our time very much! What a perfect little weekend getaway in the mountains! Cabin is cozy and cute, clean, and everything we needed was available! We will definitely be back! We wish we could take the black lab home with us! He was such a sweetie, and my son didnt want to stop playing fetch with him!

Garden Valley Cabin in the Woods

Cozy cabin in the woods along the river was an amazing getaway for our Christmas holiday! Warm fire in the wood stove with a wonderful view of the river out the back. Deer walking around the cabin to enjoy watching. Fully stocked kitchen. Quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Property great, but….

Property was fine, but not cleaned prior to us arriving. There were many indications, but the main two were disgusting sheets that were obviously not washed well as there was a tide pod still stuck to it, and a debit card from a previous guest laying in the middle of the floor in the living room. I would hope a cleaning crew wouldn’t leave debit cards from previous guest laying around, but the host insists they use the best cleaners and they couldn’t possibly have made mistakes. Pretty sure the hosts do the cleaning too though so obviously they aren’t going to admit they either didn’t clean or did a poor job. There are a few neighborhood dogs that come to hang out, one of them stayed with us the entire time we were there. They are not homeless just enjoy hanging out with the guests according to the owner of the dogs. The property itself was lovely and we def would have returned if not for the host. The host was rude and tried blaming us for the nasty sheets. The funny thing is the bed they are saying we got dirty was never touched after the cleaner came and changed the sheets. I was still too grossed out because of the prior sheets that I couldn’t do it even with clean sheets. It was still made exactly how the cleaner left it, so if those sheets were dirty too then they were put on dirty lol. So, definitely take photos and videos of EVERYTHING when you arrive and before you leave to protect yourself and ensure the host isn’t able to make any false accusations against you.

Perfectly Wonderful!

This little gem is the perfect weekend getaway. The location is ideal…not too far from the main road, surrounded by forest, and an awesome view of the river from the fantastic deck! The cabin is full of charm, practicality and clean as a whistle! We were able to see two plays at the Starlight Theater and it was so great to be just a couple miles away! Last but not least, Matt was so amazing! He made communication a breeze and made sure our stay was perfect! Thank you for everything! We will be back again!

Beautiful Cabin near Crouch

This was a wonderful cabin in the woods. We were shocked by the beauty of its surroundings and how cute the cabin was. Wish we were closer to come back and enjoy again. Came into the area from Saskatchewan for white water rafting with our family. Thanks for providing such a nice stay for us while in the area.

Great trip!

Wonderful cabin with everything we needed. Matt was great with communication. Property was slightly challenging with a toddler, but what isn’t challenging with a toddler? Will consider staying again if we are headed out in that area again.

Perfect Place To Reset & Unwind

Our stay in Garden Valley was everything we had hoped for. Extremely quiet. Off the beaten path. From what we determined the business we were instructed to keep an eye out for as we were to turn right just past it is no longer there (joined forces with another company per their website) A little re-routing & we found the house no problem. House is exactly as described. Host very responsive. The house not only comes with a Keurig machine but coffee pods also provided. Everything we needed was in the house. The only issue we ran into & completely not under the hosts control was the fact that there were several unleashed dogs in the area. We had brought up our dog to get her away from the firework noise in Boise. Our dog was on a leash anytime she was out of the house -- even on the deck. We had 2 dogs come up to us the deck while we were out there watching the squirrels. We also encountered unleashed dogs while on walks near the house. Sometime owners nearby, other times just the dogs. Anyway just a heads up to anyone coming up with their dog. We would definitely come back as we had a wonderful time.

This is the 3rd time staying at this property. We love the quiet setting, while close to conveniences in nearby Crouch. The deck is wonderful for coffee drinking and wildlife watching.
