So much to do

We had an amazing time while in the Villages. Roy was very attentive although our correspondence with him was limited as we really didn’t have any issues. Wonderful home that was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Loved jumping on the golf cart and cruising to the different town squares where they had live outdoor entertainment every night . We absolutely plan on making another visit in the future.

Very nice stay

We stayed at this property for about two months while looking for a long term rental. We originally were going to stay for two weeks but the search was a little more challenging than we expected and Roy was very accommodating of my needs and allowed me to extend the visit at least twice. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was the most well-stocked kitchen I have ever seen in my life. No matter what gadget I needed it was there. Also, there were some basics in the cabinets and spices as well so it helped to get us started that we didn't have to buy every single item for a recipe. The neighborhood is very conveniently located right in the center of the Villages and we were near the Seabreeze regional rec center which is lovely. A golf cart came with the rental. We didn't use it a lot but it was nice that it was available for us if we chose. The entertainment that he uses is amazing! in two months there wasn't a single movie that we wanted to watch that was not available on the system at no extra cost. Roy texted us during a shuttle launch to watch it and gave me several updates leading up to the launch including a one-minute countdown. I truly appreciated him thinking about us and we did get to see the launch which was fun. I can't say enough good things about this property and honestly we were sorry to leave as it had become "home".
