Enjoy all New Smyrna Beach has to offer: great restaurants, shopping, drive-on beach (and non-drive on), Disappearing Island, NSB Dog Beach, lots of dog parks and mild winter weather. Relax by your private heated, saltwater pool after a day at the beach. House is in a golf cart friendly community in between Hidden Lakes Golf Club or New Smyrna Beach Golf Course. Enjoy bay sunsets every night from the front porch. Daytona Beach is 30 minutes north, Orlando is one hour south and Universal Studios and Disney World are 1 1/2 hours away. Ideal for snowbirds looking to get away for the winter season.
