Fantastic lake views. Kids loved pool, decks and lake. Decks and pools were sparkling clean. Amazingly, for a lakeside property with decks on, and above lake, there are no mosquitos and really no insect problems at all. We had a minor issue with disposal, host responded promptly and resolved problem quickly. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Residence!

We had a wonderful experience as this was our first stay. The hosts were amazing and attentive. The pool was fantastic and a joy to be in. I highly recommend making this residence a MUST STAY!

Stunning view. Good pier fishing, fire pit availability, beautiful landscaping, and wonderful n thoughtful accommodations. Will return with relatives our next visit to Charlotte. Wishing the owners nothing but the best for their hard work.

Great Lake spot

We had a great family getaway at this lake front house. Brand new deck with large deck was amazing & very relaxing. Owner was very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!

AMAZING LOCATION!!

Could not be happier with this VRBO. The location is second to none, and the with the pool, the lake, and the proximity to do a million things, really wanted to never leave. Jason was great to work with, and the place was perfect! Thank you Jason!

Fantastic lake views from numerous well furnished decks. Including a large deck directly over lake. Wonderful infinity swimming pool. Our two grandsons could not get enough playing by lake, on the decks and in the pool. There was a problem with the HVAC when we checked in. Host responded immediately and somehow managed to get a repairman out within a few hours. Problem solved. Only negative was the upstairs bedroom has no blinds or curtains, morning sun is pretty bright. Overall we give it a ten.

Great Lake Spot!

The house was even better than expected! Lake view was beautiful and house was very well stocked, clean and well furnished! The area is very nice and safe. My children felt comfortable walking to the near by parks to play... Jason was very nice and helpful. We look forward to staying again soon.

Family Get Together

Enjoyed our stay (4 mid 70's people). Construction at the property didn't really bother us. We did have some trouble entering the garage which appeared to be a keypad malfunction but did communicate this to a lady on site. Used the inside door keypad for entry. Lots of work going on. Listing pics are different than reality.

The pictures from the listing are not the same as the actual house. I’m assuming they are from the previous owners listing. The furniture is minimal. The master bed is only a (very uncomfortable) full size. As a family of 4, we could not all sit comfortably in the living room. In my opinion, the house isn’t ready for rental until renovations at the main house are complete. We found it hard to fully relax. There were different people and companies in and out all day and night. Someone showed up at 9:30 at night to work on the boat. We wouldn’t mind if we had known they were coming. It has the potential to be a great place to stay but we just don’t feel like it’s there yet, especially for the price we paid.

Appreciate the robust feedback. We were in the process of upgrading all the furniture and supply chain kept it on backorder too long! Now there is a extra large sectional sleeper (turns into a queen) as well as an extra wingback and barstools in the kitchen. The patio was also upgraded for a table of 6 with 2 other sitting areas to accommodate 10 comfortably. All mattresses are brand new memory foam beds. Thanks again for the info as it helps us going forward. Next time you come visit, we will offer 20% for the same stay. 🙂

Our stay exceeded our expectations in most categories except one.Whoever wrote the narrative description for the property could have done better as the accommodations for up to 8 were less than adequate. Please provide more comfortable bedding for 8 or even 7 if you advertise so. Sleeping is high on everyone's list of priorities and my guests deserve nothing less than a good night's sleep. Everything else was great, truly great.

For clarity, the home has two queen beds, an upstairs trundle bed and a downstairs sleeper sofa, all of which are shown in the listing photos and description. We also provide additional linens, blankets and pillows for the extra sleeping areas, although we recognize their storage locations may not have been obvious. We’ve reached out for a little more detail about what specifically could have been more comfortable so we can determine what improvements may be needed. We appreciate the feedback.

Beautiful lakefront retreat with gorgeous pool that was very clean. We could’ve stayed for much longer! There are so many outdoor gathering areas with different vibes and views. It’s gorgeous, peaceful. Communicating with the owner was easy and entry was a breeze. Book it. You’ll love it.

Fun for all ages

The lake is especially serene in the morning with your cup of coffee and the herd of deer roaming around. The pool was a huge hit with our family, especially the younger ones. The wi-fi is spot-on and kept our teens happy too. We enjoyed our family meals on the porch every day. Loved this casita!! Would definitely recommend!!!
