About this property

Quiet house by the sea

Cala Serena - the serene, calm bay in Mallorca. And on the rocks above this bay in the middle of a well-kept and protected gate, our two-storey terraced house is directly adjacent to a nature reserve: after thorough renovation with all comforts, it radiates the serene calm and generosity that the pristine Mallorcan architecture and its white, softly rounded cubist forms. In the 2nd Row with a view over the nature park to the sea, surrounded by old, shady trees and well-tended grounds, it offers so many possibilities for up to 4 people:

-wide living hall over 2 floors
- Generous bedroom with en-suite bathroom and built-in closet on the gallery with access to the roof terrace with sea views to the southeast
-Bedroom with en-suite bathroom and built-in closet on the ground floor; it has a separate entrance
- New fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, microwave, grill, espresso machine etc. as well as plenty of dishes
-Vacuum cleaner and detergent / detergent
-TV, satellite receiver,
-covered terrace and roof terrace with sea view to the lake side, terrace to the land side (northwest) each with appropriate furniture
-Down comforters (thin and thick), bed linen, towels, kitchen towels
-Air conditioning

On the steeply sloping rocks you can (carefully) hike along the coast for about 1 km on each side and admire the lush flora or go fishing in some places.
In the immediate vicinity (3 minutes along a shady footpath) the bathing bay with slowly sloping sandy beach, the golf course and the tennis courts of the Robinson Club, a diving and snorkeling school as well as a good restaurant and a small supermarket.
You can walk to the town of Cala d'Or (a good 20min).

Along the coast you may find your personal favorite among the many other bathing bays, shop at the markets or explore the interior, experience Palma or simply relax your body and soul, listen to the sea and the birds.
Everything is carefully selected with regard to quality and aesthetic standards and we hope that our guests know how to enjoy and preserve it.
The house is only suitable for small children to a limited extent.
The rental is legal / licensed.
Tourist Tax will be charged extra.
In High Season we Rent from Weekend to Weekend.

Castillo de Santueri and Punta de Ses Crestes Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Michael's Diving School and Cala d'Or Marina. Belle découverte!

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette jolie petite maison, en famille. Le descriptif de l’annonce correspondait à ce que nous avons découvert sur place! Bien équipée pour un long séjour, notre fille et nous même avons profité de notre séjour chez Martin. Cette dernière est très bien située, juste à côté d’une petite crique, Cala Serena, un petit coin de paradis.Martin est assez réactif via WhatApp, ce qui est pratique! La ville de Cala d’Or est à découvrir tout comme ce qu’il y a aux alentours. Nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre séjour et n’hésiterons pas à y revenir!

Es waren wunderbare 3 Wochen. Das Haus, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, sehr schön und funktionell. Einfach nur schön. Der Gastgeber/ Eigentümer war für Fragen oder Auskünfte immer schnell zu erreichen. Der Urlaub war sehr sehr schön. Gerne wieder!! LG

Schönes, ruhiges Haus bei toller Bucht.

Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt in einem gut ausgestattetem und sehr gepflegtem Haus. Ein kleiner Supermarkt, ein Restaurant und vor allem eine sehr schöne, felsenumrahmte Bucht sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wenn man mehr als nur Strandurlaub machen möchte, ist ein Fahrzeug unerlässlich. Wir würden wieder kommen!
