About this property

Villa Niva, Apartment for 2 + 2 persons, 500m to the beach

220 m2 house with 80m2 plot. Beach area 500m, food shop 500m, center 2,5km. The house is a corner house and right on the road to Pedinka beach. Barbecue is also in the Hoff. Parking is possible up to 6 cars. All apartments are brand new and were completed in early June 2018. Everything is new and built according to the latest technology. Each apartment has air conditioning and satellite TV with slide channels

Badeurlaub mit typisch kroatischer Küste

Das Appartement ist für einen Paarurlaub sehr gut geeignet. Die Möglichkeit in der Nähe fast unberührte Strände zu finden sind großartig. Da in der unmittelbaren Nähe nur ein kleiner Bäcker ist, braucht man immer ein Auto oder idealerweise Fahrräder um ein Restaurant oder ein Lebensmittelgeschäft zu finden.

Pleasent stay

Very Nice apartment suitable for a family with kids due to it's location (very close to the beach), market and bakery also very close by. Overall a pleasent stay with very Nice and helpfull hosts.
