I’m so sorry to hear you were so disappointed. I wish at anytime during your month with us that you would have ever raised any concern so we had any chance at all to make something right. When greeted I walked you to your room. You said was fine. I left you a note, goodie bag with my card with multiple forms of contact. Not one was used the whole 31 days for any issues. We have never had a report of bugs so we would have LOVED to be able to address an issue as such right away. When you checked in I mentioned someone just left from this room that was here 8 months (if you saw one little every few days it’s likely when my house keeper cleaned, she saw none). I appreciate you taking the time to report flaws you saw and Upgrades we could make. Again, I sincerely apologize for any issues. I’m most sorry that we couldn’t make it up to you. That’s way below anything we’d even wish to present.
