Enjoy our Tree House! Just 60 short minutes out of the Treasure Valley to serenity and peace. Relax with the whole family or make it a special outing with just the 2 of you. Centrally located in Terrace Lakes community. Golf 18 holes and then relax on the huge deck with BBQ and fire pit or enjoy many hiking trails with your snowshoes. With 2 master suites and multiple sleeping options, this place has all the flexibility you need! Don't miss your stay in paradise! Unfortunately, we are no longer allowing pets.

Great Stay!

Everything that was in the description was completely accurate. We arrived to a clean and well kept ‘Tree House!’ The location was perfect and close to the pool. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Great place!

It was a wonderful place, will definitely use it again if we have family get together! Lots of room for family to eat together and play table games, tv in both upstairs and downstairs. Big kitchen, very well stocked with dishes,pans, etc. Great deck area too!

Great Family Retreat

We had an amazing time. Plenty of room for everyone, close to town for missed items, and great scenery. Only thing missing the snow!! Would stay here again.

Fantastic getaway.

Wonderful lighting!

Wonderful lighting for sewing for quilting, and a perfect setup with enough room for the six of us. We all got good sleep with comfortable beds.

Wonderful place to stay!

Took my 84 year old mamma my husband and the 2 small dogs. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us. Mom hadnt been out of the valley for 7 years. It was a real treat and was a great set up for mom. Thank tou so much!

Great location for rafting, hot springs, hiking, golf, and river activities. Starlight theater great

Check in and check out process was simple. Property was exactly as presented! Clean and well equipped with all essential items for our week long stay.

Wonderful weekend

Great weekend for my wife and I and adult kids. Plenty of room for the eight adults. Sledding and hot pools completed the wonderful weekend.

Great house in the trees!

Beautiful Garden Valley location in Terrace Lakes. Pool was great for unseasonably cold days following tropical storm Emily’s far reaching weather. Plenty of beds, well equipped and clean. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home in this beautiful valley.

Best vrbo ever!

A family get together for Christmas at this beautiful cabin. Even fully decorated! Beds and furniture so comfortable! Separate thermostat in every room made it easy to control temps. Very well stocked and clean! Host quickly responded via text although we had no problems. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!

Some issues

General facility was fine. Guests were there in early August. One window unit was the „air conditioning“ for the entire house. Too hot at night to sleep. After first night brought in own fans to sleep. One of the beds had defective box springs and mattress partially collapsed.

Enjoyed an overnight stay

House was large and very comfortable for our group of 6 friends. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed. We were warm and comfortable inside. Views were beautiful and we had several elk sightings from the font and back windows. Appreciated the magazines! Nice and easy walk to and from the pool at terrace lakes. We did have difficulty using the code for the front door. Information inside the house said to put your palm on the screen before entering the code. We didn’t know this and it didn’t work for us. Property owner was responsive to our needs and returned calls and texts.

Cute little house in the mountains

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. There were some maintenance and cleaning things that should be handled, but they would not affect our decision to stay again. Those items are: stair railings are loose and wobble with touch - we just avoided using them, outdoor grill was incredibly dirty and had to be cleaned before we could use it. Indoor oven filled the house with white smoke when we were preheating it - I believe this was a cleaning issue where product was just not cleaned out afterward. I notified property mangement and they immediately responded and offered to help, but we had already resolved it. The lower level could use a bug bomb. Other than those minor issues, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed being so close to the pool and golf course.
