Welcome to a stylish and well-equipped vacation home with roof terrace and 360 degree panoramic view.

Possibility to hike, pick berries and mushrooms, swim or fish in the sea and a nearby lake. Explore the fjord with your own boat, which can be rented from the house owner. (Boat license required if born after 01.01.1980). Jegertunet around the corner offers restaurant, tennis courts and swimming pool. Also visit the Sørland town of Risør with its characteristic white wooden houses, salt water aquarium, restaurants, festivals such as the Trebåtfestival in August, etc. Or take a boat trip to the restaurants on Stangholmen just outside the town.

At Stabbestad there are golf courses and wellness hotel. If you are considering a long winter weekend with recreation outside the major winter destinations, this cottage is recommended with the possibility of cross-country skiing on the lighted trail in Søndeled (15 km). It is only half an hour drive to "Den Lille Dyrehage", a small zoo in Brokelandsheia with Norway's largest rainforest. The whole of Telemark and the coastal town of Kragerø are just around the corner.

The houses NAS035, NAS050, and NAS015 are located in the same settlement. Please note that noise may occur due to construction activities.
