Forget your worries in spacious and serene Pepper's Place . Queen bed and pullout sofa is comfortable for 4.
Pepper’s Place is a non- smoking rental.
About 2 miles off of exit 22 on i-65. Just a few minutes from Saraland and downtown Mobile is only about 15-20 minutes away.
University of Mobile is about 10 miles away. Private and quiet located behind the host's home. Covered parking in the works. You'll want to stay here every time you come to visit our area.
Close enough & far enough away
The space
Pepper’s Place is the perfect place to relax and have a temporary home base near the Mobile area.
The open kitchen and living area is great for a couple or group up to 4 to gather without feeling crowded, Located in a small quiet neighborhood really feels like home and not a crowded vacay complex.
Guest access
There are 2 parking spots, and a back-around spot, one can be for a boat if you are a water enthusiast with Dead Lake Marina only about 2.5 miles away. 1 of the parking spots will soon have a cover for weather protected access in the side door.
Other things to note
We have local TV channels using OTA (Over the Air/ Broadcast) service, not cable. But there are all the basics about 53 channels or so. There is WiFi and you can use the streaming services like Disney+, Paramount, or HBOMax.
The internet speed is about 70Mbs, the faster speeds like 100, are not yet available in our area. When it is, we will be one of the first to sign up.
We are looking forward to your visit to our quaint little cottage type property and making new friends.

Take out the trash
Lock the doors
Make sure you have all of your belongings gathered. Medicine, chargers, personal items, phones, jewelry.
Place used towels on floor in front of Washer. No need to make up or strip the beds. We will strip the linens. Please take the garbage liner out to the Bin outside. Sign our guestbook and travel safe.

We love the feeling of knowing we are making someone's travels or vacation, nice and relaxing and adding a peaceful experience to their lives. We love traveling ourselves and love the Rockies near where one of our daughters lives. we also love the south Florida Keys. We love making new friends and getting to know people and cultures

Why they chose this property

Our Listing is located behind our home, so we are close enough to resolve any issue. However we respect your privacy and will not bother you unless there is an emergency or an important need. You will be able to relax in your own space and yard. We are close to the interstate and only minutes from anything you might need.
This includes coffee and tea shops, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
We are not far from the University of Mobile, University of South Alabama, Springhill College.
We are close enough for a drive to the gulf beaches. we are not near them but the drive is only about an hour or so away, depending on traffic. During Spring Break, the Fourth of July, Memorial Day and other major holidays, you do not want to be making that drive from anywhere. during those times try to stay right on the beach.
There is a Shopping|Water Park|Themepark named OWA and Tropical Falls near Foley Alabama.
Lots to do and see, and then withdraw to our little quiet place just like home and unplug from it all.
There are unique historical places to visit here like historical forts, the Ship USS Alabama and Park. GulfQuest Museum, 5-Rivers Delta Museum and educational center.
