Great little cabin just about 1 hour north of the twin cities. 2 bedroom 1 bath, 650 Sq feet cabin. bedroom 1 queen bed, bedroom 2 full size bed. Each bedroom has TV with Direct TV. Located on a great lake with awesome fishing even from the dock. 2 kayaks available for use. The lake can get murkey depending on weather. Great place to relax and enjoy quiet lake! Charcoal grill available.

We had an amazing stay! The cabin was fully stocked and had all of the basic necessities. We would definitely return for a stay-perhaps in the summer!As for communication- I wish we could give more than 5 stars. We had minor complication while we were staying and Cass had someone out to fix the issue within a half hour-at 6 am none the less.Highly recommend staying especially if you are traveling with your fur babies!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin on Stanchfield Lake. The cabin was very clean and well-supplied. We enjoyed meeting friends and family at Pine Brook restaurant and the Dusty Eagle which both had excellent food and service. We would’ve given this place 6 stars if we could!

This was a very cozy property with an amazing view of the lake. Would recommend staying here. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking utensils I wanted and the bathroom had a well kept medicine cabinet with emergency first aid items. I was impressed!

Very Relaxing

The cabin was perfect for our group of 4. The view was great from the deck. We saw lots of Pelicans, turtles and beavers in the lake. We also took the canoe into the lake. There were card games, battleship, annd books to read. The communication with the host was also great. Would definitely recommend and maybe visit again.

Cozy and quiet

I stayed for a couple of nights with my dog to be able to visit friends and family in the area. The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything was as described. The chocolate and wine was a nice touch! I definitely enjoyed my stay and I’m sure I will be back!

Beautiful and restful

The cabin was very comfortable and attractive. It had all we needed plus new furnishings and lovely "lake motif" decorating. It is on a beautiful lake where we saw eagles, pelicans, ducks, herons, geese plus many other birds and fish jumping in the lake.
