*No Added Cleaning Fees* Located in the heart of the cozy beach town of Pacific Beach! Just a short walk to the sandy beach one block away. Nothing is better than a quiet town with the sounds of waves in the background.

This newly remodeled and updated 8 condo complex has the perfect mix of history and modern day. Visit the office or read thru the guidebooks in each condo. Surprising how this stretch of beach, villages & towns helped to develop what is known as the North Beach. We love it here!

The new courtyard has two hot tubs, a conversation area with a propane fire, a 36" propane grill, all covered by gazebos (also screened and solid curtains) for use 365 days a year! There are also 2 charcoal BBQs and 1 charcoal smoker. Please bring your own charcoal.

Dog friendly! Owners live nearby & self manage. Life is just better at the beach!

PLEASE NOTE: WIFI and Internet access is included. Gaming systems are not allowed.

Please be sure to adjust your phone settings to enable WIFI calling before you leave home. Some carriers require you do this from their network. Cell phone service is very limited along the coast! This property does not have a landline.

Quiet, clean, great location

This place was great for two adults. It was very close to the beach and the hot tub was really nice in the chilly evenings. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended.

Great location in a quiet beach town!

This property is a reasonably priced place to stay a block from the beach. Pacific Beach is centrally located with an easy drive to places to see north, south, and east. It is a mile from Seabrook, which has a more defined town with shopping and plenty of hiking trails. But it was nice to have the quiet of Pacific Beach every night. Big trees and big waves - an excellent place to spend some time!

Great stay

This is an old motel that’s been renovated. The property manager was on top of things. The until was clean and cute. The court yard is great. Nice place to hang out.

So fun ...

This was a great place to stay. I was able to easily roam the beaches close by. The hosts were very friendly. Loved the hot tubs at the end of a long day!

Awsome place

Came to Pacific beach for razor claming, Could not of found a betterplace. The cleang station was awsome place to clean your clam's.

Excellent stay

It was a great stay. Usually I have a hard time sleeping on motel/hotel beds as I have back problems. My first night was rough but I had come off of a 36hr train trip and was still suffering from that. My 2nd night was completely pain free! Super comfortable beds. It was too cold while I was there to even try enjoying the hot tub.

Why visit this property? For us, it means peace, serenity, calm. An opportunity to enjoy the vast ocean, the crashing waves, the clean sandy beach. We love relaxing here and spending time alone as well as sharing with family and friends. Kick up your heels in the sand like a child or kick back with a beverage and enjoy the view. Life is just better at the beach.

New on site owners and managers. The office is open daily with 24 hour urgent & emergency numbers. Remodel with many updates just completed including a brand new courtyard with two self sanitizing hot tubs and a comfy conversation area surrounding a propane fire ... all snuggled under gorgeous curtained gazebos. Available to use 365 days per year, rain or shine! Children must be supervised.

Typically, the beach is lightly populated with public access just a short 2 minute walk away and then 70 steps to the sand. Walk down to the beach or load your lunch and beach toys into the car and use the public access where you can drive onto the beach!

During clamming seasons, the "Mocrocks" beach is open right in front of this home with Copalis Beach nearby! Check out the WDFW website for rules and dates! https://wdfw.wa.gov/
