This was the perfect unit for a couple, well laid out space and a nice big deck overlooking some beautiful gardens. We much preferred being here than right on the ocean. Very quiet location but super easy and quick access to the beach. Host were excellent communicators and we would definitely stay here again!

Very clean bed and well-equipped kitchen. The layout was cute and practical. Shower was a bit dated but very clean. Large beautiful vanity with a swing out makeup mirror. Furniture was very comfortable. Parking was convenient and hosts were very professional and responsive. We did not encounter any insects at all–not even a fly. Check in/out process was very simple and easy. We have very high cleanliness standards and will definitely be staying here again! We stayed at 4 different similarly priced places this trip and this one was by far the best overall.

Perfect location for surfing

This was our first time staying in the south part of Kauai and very glad we stayed at this property! It was very nicely situated with a nice view of the green courtyard and a little bit of the ocean. We especially liked that it was just minutes away from the ocean where one could go surf every morning!

This apartment is stunning and was perfect for my stay in Kauai. Rosalynn and her team have literally thought of everything - from the clean sheets, loads of extra towels, beach towels, kitchen supplies (paper towel, dish soap, some coffee to get you started and the cutest welcome basket of snacks). From start to finish I felt so at home with this place - beginning from the communication on booking, the helpful guide package they supply, to all the communication and help through my stay - even with a bad storm coming they were there to help. The grounds are immaculate, incredibly safe, the fitness club is gorgeous and a great thing to have so close by. The beach just minutes, shops and amenities equally within range. Honestly couldn’t have thought of a better place to call home for the week. 100% would stay here again. Not a bad word to whisper. 5 stars across the board!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The location is perfect as there are beautiful beaches just foot steps away. Delicious places to eat in walking distance. We saw many sea turtles every day. We hardly had to use our rental car. We swam in the ocean everyday. Roz and Angel were great to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Kiahuna Condo!

My husband and I recently stayed here with our two children and it was perfect! We appreciated the easy access to coffee and restaurants across the street, as well as the pool, and beach access! The air conditioning was a great bonus and the condo was perfect for our family for the week!

Anniversary week in Kauai

Enjoyable relaxing week. Landscape is beautiful and there is extensive open space and grass lawns. Athletic club and pool area are nice. Overall very quiet area. Close to lots of good restaurants and food trucks.

Except for the rain, we loved this location and condo in Kauai. It was absolutely perfect for us- some eating out, some cooking in. Bed very comfortable and shower had great pressure and ample hot water. Excellent access to pool and beach. Highly recommend!
