THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Keep noise to a minimum when outside and in the evenings. If you’re are too loud for the neighbors, you Will be asked to leave.
WINTER VISITORS!!! The mountain can get snow from Nov-May depending on the year. During this time the roads may be covered in snow or ice and be closed or only accessible to vehicles equipped with with 4x4 and snow tires or with chains/cables. Chains can be purchased on the way up in Frazier Park, however I cant guarantee that they will have the correct size/type for every vehicle. So if it is a possibility that snow / ice will be on the road during your visit you may want to plan accordingly and buy before hand. When it snows here, our great road team plows and places cinder on the road clearing it for travel however it does make a berm (mound of snow at side of rd.) which can block/ make it hard to enter driveway safely. I will try to shovel the path to make this easier when possible. However it is not always possible so always take care to drive carefully as to not damage your vehicle. You and Your Guests safety is of paramount concern so please take all precautions when coming up here during the cold months. Even when roads are clear drive with Caution!!! Due to the ever changing winter weather/road conditions REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE IT UP TO THE CABIN AND HAVE TO CANCEL THE DAY OF YOUR VISIT. In order to avoid this please make sure to check weather/ road conditions before you head up.
I am not always up in the area, especially in winter so the best source is: pinemountainclub.net

The property was perfect for the three of us (me, my gf, and my dog). We wish we could've stayed longer! The town was great and inviting so we didn't get to enjoy the house as much as we wanted (i.e. the arcade room). 10/10 would recommend.
Undoubtedly one of the best cabins in PMC. The art and style is stinning, and everything was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to village and playground. Couldn't have lived it more.
Cabin was exactly as described, and location was perfect, a very easy walk to town. Joshua was always quick to reply to my texts, and I can’t wait to go back!
The house, location, and host was wonderful and better than expected. The artistic decor was great! The kitchen cookware/diningware is minimal if you plan to cook. The maintenance/cleaning needs a little improvement, but still acceptable.
This cabin is truly one of a kind. Every detail was so well thought out, and the style made it feel both cozy and chic. Everything was cute, charming, and beautifully put together. We can’t wait to come back!
If you're a fan of weird art and a modern vibe, this is an amazing spot. CRAMMED full of fascinating art pieces, and super quiet, it makes a great retreat.
Wonderful cabin with an amazing artistic flair. Ideally located, very close to the village of Pine Mountain. Quiet and calming neighborhood. Our new place to get away to when we need some R&R . Thank you JR !
This home was wonderful and very clean. Joshua was a gracious host who answered my questions quickly. The home was comfortable and warm. My family loved it. Thank you Joshua.
