At Marina on Mille Lacs, we`ve anticipated everything you need for a memorable stay: lakefront ping pong, bonfire pit, fishing dock, yard games, board games, books, smart TV’s in every bedroom, canoe, gas grill, and more included, so you never NEED to leave the cabin.

Explore Cuyuna for incredible kayaking and mountain biking (rentals available), tee-off at Northwood Hills, climb the observation tower at Kathio State Park, snap a pic with Paul Bunyan`s walleye and enjoy family-owned restaurants in small-town Garrison, go-cart in Brainerd, tube down the Rum River, kayak/paddle the Ripple River, or hop on a fishing launch or hire a guide for world-class walleye, bass, and pan fishing!

The Space: One-level home has an open concept kitchen/living room, office space, laundry, front and back decks, and flat, fenced yard on the lakeside.



This is an ideal floor plan for two families to share. Three bedrooms (sleeps 8 adults) and two bathrooms (full and 3/4). BR1: King bed with ensuite 3/4 bath, walk-in closet, laundry, and smart TV BR2: Two twin over full Bunk beds, with smart TV BR3: Queen bed with smart TV (Need more space for a family reunion or bachelor/ette party? Add on the cottage to sleep an additional eight guests, + adds a fun garage game room! Please message to confirm availability.)



The driveway accommodates up to three cars. There is no garage.

The Neighborhood: Quiet and family friendly neighborhood. Small `downtown` Garrison is just 8 minutes away for shopping and restaurants.

Getting Around: -Pontoon boat rentals available from Tutt`s Bait, Frantastic Fun Rentals, and MyBoatClub. -The GAB Shuttle runs weekends and holidays. Free rides to and from the cabin to favorite local watering holes. Tips encouraged. Please call to confirm availability. -Mountain bikes and kayaks can be rented and delivered to the cabin from Unbound Adventures. -There is a canoe on the property to fish/explore the channel, or paddle to Wigwam Bay beach (weather permitting).

This cabin is located on the channel in a quiet residential neighborhood. There is a large yard for games. The back yard is fenced for your pup or young kids.



Mille Lacs Lake is Minnesota’s year-round destination for the best fishing and family vacations! Experience the lake with boat rentals, group fishing or private guides, and beach days. We are centrally located for many Northwoods adventures as well!

Garrison is an 8 min drive by car for groceries and many shops and restaurants. Driveway can park 3-4 cars. There is no garage available.



There is a canoe on the property to fish/explore the channel, or paddle to Wigwam Bay beach (weather permitting).

PETS: We love dogs and do not charge a pet fee! Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no cats.

BOATING: As of May 2024, the water is approx. 5 feet deep at the edge of the 44` dock. You may moor up to two boats. There is a private boat ramp just on the other side of the channel that has a $15 fee, or you can use a public ramp in Garrison.



HOT TUB: The hot tub is no longer offered as an amenity due to MN State Health licensing requirements. We are working to bring this back.



SECURITY: Cameras are on front and back of the home facing the lake and street.
