WELCOME TO OUR CABIN BY THE LAKE!!
This 3-bedroom cabin with an amazing view of Bear Lake is in the heart of Garden City, Utah. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and one has an additional twin bunk above. In addition, there are 4 pullout couches and a futon providing enough sleeping space for 17 people. There is a bathroom on each level with a large, relaxing air tub in one. The basement features a theater room and arcade games for endless fun for your group. Located just above the main harbor, it is close it beaches and boating in the summer and skiing and sledding in the winter. It is close to everything in town and all of it's attractions.

The stay was good. The only thing was the landscaping needed work, prickly weeds under the swings. The lights bordering the walkway did not work. However, the kids loved the game room/theatre area!

Great for a family trip

This was the perfect cabin for a family getaway! The views, the hot tub, the fire table, the arcade games, the huge dining table all made this an easy and wonderful stay.

Beautiful get away during Christmas

We stayed a few days during the Christmas holiday. Beautiful cabin, very relaxing. It was nice to have the theater room and kids room in the basement so the adults could relax upstairs without the noise. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of this property was good and the check in was so easy. There was a cleanliness issue though. The ceiling fan in the main living room was CAKED with dust and we did not dare even turn it on. We also didn't use the washer because of what looked liked black mold on the rubber seal. There was a stain on the black sheets in the main level bedroom sheets. It lists that it sleeps 17 but the pull out beds in the basement, space for 4 to sleep, were basically springs covered with a sheet. The upstairs bedroom did not cool so sleeping up there was not comfortable. I did not realize it was three levels and so there are a lot of stairs in this rental.

Fantastic getaway

Our extended family of 12 had a great week at the cabin. Lots to do in the area and the cabin was well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. The view from the deck was beautiful with gorgeous sunrises. The kids loved the swings and slide. The large screen TV in the basement worked great and there were lots of movies for the kids.

Excellent Stay

First time in Garden City and we absolutely loved the stay. Four adults and 5 kids and there was plenty of room! The game room was a hit with the kids, as was the slide. Many activities to do in the area and we kept busy all week. Would definitely recommend this property! Super clean and had everything we needed.

Great location, great fun!

This home was exactly as listed, with the added bonus of having a hot tub that wasn’t listed. The view is beautiful, the accommodations were homey, and there was enough room for everyone. The mattresses could have been nicer, but that is my only criticism. We look forward to coming here again!

So fun and PERFECT location!

This house was perfect. So much fun for the kids and adults. The view from the deck was absolutely breathtaking, and we were able to walk to the grocery store. I would come back here in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Fun time

The cabin was perfect! We had 3 families staying there so the 3 bathrooms and bedrooms on 3 separate floors worked out great for us. Our questions and issues were responded to and resolved very quickly. Highly recommend!

Fun cabin

This cabin was very cozy but still fit the 16 of us wonderfully. The kids loved the theater room and swings. A cornhole game was provided and that was a lot of fun too. We did not utilize the hot tub but I think that is a neat amenity to offer.

House was in good location. Reasonable price. Easy communication with owner. It could use some technical checks with tv s and hot tub heat working correctly. Quick responses from owner was very appreciated. Was comfortable and we Would rent it again.

Convenient place to stay

This is a great location and the views were breath taking! The “9 min walk” to beach is not practical with kids and all the beach gear you need for the day so be prepared to drive (which is still close so a non issue 😊) All appliances worked, air conditioning and had everything we needed to cook the meals. More than enough towels. Washer/dryer. The hot tub was not working and there were materialistic things that were broken or had issues or had holes in them but that did not affect the stay at all. Will stay here again. There are TVs in the rooms and All take normal DVD (no blue ray) including the movie room and there are streaming services like Netflix etc.

Great Stay! One exception

Great Location, Great View, Great House, Everything was great except one thing. The AC is set to constantly turn itself to 78 degrees in the middle of the day. Going out on the lake and coming back to a 80 degree main floor and a 85+ degree upper bedroom and loft was not great. It was about midnight when the loft and upper bedroom became somewhat tolerable.
