Enveloped by beautiful mountain views, this three-story home provides a year-round escape filled with outdoor adventure. Walk to the Sugarbush Resort lifts in the winter months to ski premier slopes. In warmer months, the resort offers more mountain activities, such as mountain biking, golf, and scenic lift rides. During your stay, you'll also enjoy community access to a shared pool and tennis court.

Unwind into vacation mode on the comfort of your spacious deck. Kick back with a good book while you soak in lovely mountain views, or fire up the gas grill for an afternoon barbecue. Large windows invite natural light into the living room where a wood-burning fireplace sits center stage. Flip channels on the smart TV while the chef in your group prepares family-style meals in the modern kitchen that features stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, gather around the dining table.

For a reasonable daily fee, you can access amenities at the Sugarbush Health and Recreation Center (SHaRC). Amenities include a gym, indoor/outdoor pools, a racquetball court, indoor/outdoor tennis courts, a rock climbing gym, a steam room, and a sauna.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
