Just as gorgeous in person as in the photos. Very elegant furnishings. Loved the floor plan. Loved having so many king size beds. Beds were very comfortable. The curtains were wonderful because it kept the sun from peeking in all the bedrooms in the morning. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Days in Watercolor

This was a FANTASTIC property with everything very well stocked. It was immaculately clean (and I'm SUPER picky), we loved the location next to Dragonfly Pool, worked perfectly having three "master suites", and space was utilized extremely well with kids rooms. We had a few issues with contacting property manager because number was not valid, but we got this resolved in a fair amount of time. Plan to rent again next year!

The best vacation!

We had an amazing stay at this property. We loved the bikes and the golf cart and used them daily to explore all over Watercolor! We absolutely loved Camp Watercolor and the Beach Club. The house was gorgeous, so clean, and it was the best stocked kitchen we’ve seen so far. Thank you for such a great vacation! We’ll be back!

Absolutely Incredible!

This property, as well as the watercolor amenities and community, were impeccable. It is hard to imagine going anywhere else after this vacation. The property is virtually brand new - very well kept and everything from the bedroom layouts to the quality of sheets and pillows, proximity to the pool and grocery store.. they have it all. Stay here you will not regret it!

Seamless and Relaxing

We LOVED the property and working with the management company. I got the house for a girl's trip and it was so comfortable and relaxing for all. It had great kitchen appliances/utensils for us to use and pretty much everyone had their own bed. Ample amount of bathroom space to spread out. The golf cart was a life saver. It was nice to know we had the bikes as well if we needed them. Overall would absolutely rent this property again.

Lovely home for big families!

Did a big family get together from two states and this house was great!! Big table in dining room and large gathering areas for good time together. Watercolor amenities were great, especially with young kids. Had an issue with hot water at arrival that was promptly fixed. Did have a broken coffeemaker midway through our stay. Someone came to confirm it was broken but never returned to replace. Not a huge deal as there are great coffee shops nearby. Overall an excellent stay!

The Perfect Fall Break Spot

We enjoyed everything about our watercolor stay and this home. The communication with the property management was detailed, prompt and responsive from booking, between, during and after checkout. The house is nestled in the perfect location and having bikes and a golf cart included was a game changer. The house was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked and labeled for ease in getting things back in order, as well as travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash in every bathroom which was a great addition. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in away from home which was amazing. Loved having access to watercolor facilities. We would for sure double back on this property!

Multi family trip

The house was wonderful and exactly as described. It was great having 3 bedrooms with king beds. The decor was lovely. The golf cart and bikes were an added bonus that we were glad to have. My only complaint was that the coffee pot was broken but we were still able to use it and the floors downstairs were a little dirty when we arrived. Otherwise, it was the perfect house for our group of 8. It would be helpful to provide a few basics like salt and pepper. The gas grill didn't work great as it took almost an hour to fully cook 8 steaks but that was just a minor inconvenience. Overall we loved it and would stay there again.

Beautiful home- space for 2 families

We had two families and it accommodates all 9 of us perfectly. Beds were super comfortable. Had a couple of bikes that didn’t work and the management complaint took care of it right away, replacing all 5 bikes. For the $$$$ they could leave more trash bags, paper towels, and dishwashing detergent- had to purchase all of these things for the week. And check in time is later than most at 5pm, but we were able to get in earlier. The one complaint is if you plan to use their golf cart, they will not allow you to take it to Seaside or even Publix which is practically in the neighborhood. Do not understand reasoning there. Since we had two families, we did rent a second cart, so we could at least take that one wherever we wanted to go.

House Amazing, Management not so great

The house is beautiful and as described. It is a great location. The problem with this house was the property management. I emailed them as we were onsite on check in day asking if they would let us know when it was ready. I got an email reply and a text saying they would let me know when it was ready. I never received a text when it was ready. Also, the listing included 12 wristbands to the Watercolor Amenities. Only half of the wristbands we received worked. It took a day of dealing with the management company to get 12 wristbands that worked (that day included people in our party not able to access the amenities, non responsiveness yet again from the management company, and lots of frustration when we just wanted to hang on the beach). I would not book this property again. It is a beautiful house., but it is not managed in a manner that is reflective of how a house in this price point in this community should be managed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 62 E Royal Fern is a beautiful home. Very clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Location is good, even tho not proximate to the beach, the 6-seater golf cart makes that easy. We had an incident that people need to be aware of. There is a very narrow elevated porch with no railing and no skid proof strips. My 84 year old father in law fell off of it about 3 feet down into a bush. It was raining and dark (no lighting on side of house) and my husband was holding his hand but it was so slippery once he started to slide there was no stopping him. He was very fortunate he didn't break anything. He cut his leg and hand. Anyone could be affected by this. I made the mgmt aware but they didn't seem too concerned. I cannot believe this passed code.
