The house is situated in a quiet area, it has a heated swimming pool with salt system, hot tub and beautiful Outdoor Patio. Three bedrooms - master bedroom with a king size bed, two bedrooms with queen size beds. Two fully equipped bathrooms. Modern, beautiful kitchen with high quality equipment. Enjoy and relax in this vacation home, located in quiet neighborhood, just 6 min from the Cape Coral Yacht Club, 1/2 hour drive to the wonderful beaches of Sanibal and Fort Myers. Close to many restaurants, shopping centers.
