"Just recently Listed on VRBO" You and your guests will love this magnificent Sunny home in Paradise! Exceptionally clean, quiet and very well appointed, this property has everything you and your family will need to enjoy beautiful South West Florida. It is with great pleasure, we welcome you to our beautiful home in the sunshine state.
With a perfect location on the water, combined with Sun all day, all year, at your heated swimming pool. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood with bike paths in one of the most desirable areas of Cape Coral. Life doesn’t get any better!
This home offers open concept, modern living, that anyone will enjoy. It has a Large kitchen, beautiful Granite throughout, with large kitchen island. We have a large screened lanai and open back yard.
This 1830 square foot home includes three bedrooms, two full baths and one half bath, dining room and a large kitchen with an island, large master bedroom with doors out to the lanai and electric heated pool. The master bath has a separate shower and a walk in closet. Rate is for 6 guests. There are granite counter tops throughout the home.
Bring your boat ! For the boaters, there is a dock where you can tie up your boat, a local boat launch is less than a 1/2 mile away. Direct access, no bridges, 10 minutes to open water! Great fishing, and water access to Ft Myers and Sanibel beaches. There, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you'll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs and a cooler and you're set for a relaxing day at the beach! For nature lovers, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the "near side" of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity. Keep traveling north and you'll find more adventure awaiting on Captiva and beyond!!!
Beautiful Venice Beach is just a hour away by car.

Our host was very nice and very accessible when we had questions. The home is beautiful, well maintained and close to restaurants, shopping and other amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a local park where if you’re lucky you just may spot a Manatee. It was well worth it.

Location was close to grocery stores, good restaurants and fun activities and the beach. House was good for the price. One big open common area that had an assortment of board games, living room with tv and nice kitchen area. Couple areas that need improvement though. The master bedroom only had a single mattress that was on a frame almost on the floor. It was not comfortable and hard on our backs. Then the pool that was supposed to be heated was so cold we were all frozen. The heater was showing it was running but it must be set very low. Then there we were expected to not just start a load of laundry which is common. It is requested that towels be washed, dried, folded and put away. Overall a good stay but the cold pool was a disappointment and sorry the bed wasn’t a little better.

Upon arrival we came to find out house wasn’t in the best part of Cape Coral. When we arrived the house was nice but not clean to my standards. We had to was our sheets because something was on them. The house was very light no curtains at all so if your looking to sleep in might not be the house for you. The pool was very cloudy and dirty had to clean for over an hour before we could swim but still cloudy they did send someone out to treat pool. A cockroach crawling across kitchen counter was the worst. Also they ask you out trash out to curb well the people before us didn’t nor the cleaning people so when we went to trash it was full and covered in maggots! But overall we had fun and made the best of it. Just with a cleaning fee, but have to do all dishes take bedding off beds and was fold all towels seemed excessive since house wasn’t perfect when we arrived.

I’ve stayed in several houses from VRBO and other places. This is by far the most accurate description/photos. Most of the places we’ve stayed at fell short of the description and photos. But this house is everything that you see. Wonderful, spacious, clean, and quiet. The pool was outstanding. The area was nice and we are already planning another trip. The only drawback was that we only caught catfish behind the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very pleasant Stay

Coming into the community I wasn’t sure what to expect but once entering the home we were all pleasantly surprised and impressed with the home. Teenagers went straight for the pool! Clean and well stocked with everything you need. Property management was very accommodating, he let us stay a bit longer on check out day. We thought that was very nice. Overall very pleasant.
