Your Family Friendly Home with Large Backyard & Onsite Parking

Want to get away from the city and get some much-needed rest and relaxation? Come enjoy this spacious apartment featuring two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living and dining area. Want to spend time outdoors? Step outside, and there is a sizeable semi-fenced backyard that will suit all your needs. We got it all, from the enclosed pavilion with lounging furniture and life sized games. A bonus, we are only 10 minutes from Orchard Beach!

Inside the apartment you will find that up to six guests can sleep comfortably. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe closet, and a workstation. The secondary bedroom has a full-size bed. The living room has a full-sized sofa bed, available upon request and will be set up prior to your arrival.

Upon arrival, you will access your unit through a private entrance located at the back of the house. You will be able to self-check in with a smart lock and your personal code will be sent via email. There are two parking spots available in the driveway to park your vehicles. If additional parking is needed, please get in touch with me.

During your stay, you will be able to use and enjoy the backyard, including a large pavilion, outdoor furnishings, fire place, and life sized games.

Please note to keep the home decluttered, some of the amenities listed are not located inside the apartment but are still on the property. If something you need is not available during your stay, please let me know, and I can get it to you the same day.

The unit is bigger than you realize and even for a family of four we had a lot of space. Hot days when we stayed and the unit stayed nice and cool. Host was super easy to communicate with. Unit was clean and well taken care of. Would stay again if in NYC area.

Perfect location!

My family and I loved our stay here! The home was perfect with 2 big beds in separate rooms and a big bathroom, giant dining table that was perfect for family meals and playing games. The outside was beautiful, lots of nature for children to run around and shady seating area for the adults, plenty of parking and the town is so beautiful with a big park and close to the city! Would definitely stay here again and owner is very helpful too!

We absolutely loved this location. Private and great hub for many areas to explore. Many places close by for dining opportunities. The host was wonderful and quick to respond. Great Family Vacation Getaway.

My family and I were in town for the Pelham Half Marathon and we had a wonderful stay! The space was immaculate with modern appliances, plush linens and towels, and thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the board games. We also had a great time at the Bronx Zoo and NY Botanical Gardens, both of which were less than 30 minutes by car. We would definitely return!

Lovely Apartment

I stayed here with three adults and a ten month old, the property manager was beyond accommodating and very thorough with all communications. The apartment was incredibly clean and within easy driving distance to Mamaorneck Village, Bronx Zoo and Central Park.

Comfort and convenience

My family and I stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful weekend. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The home was well stocked with necessities as well as some extras (soda and chips) which my kids loved! The shampoo and conditioner were great- it’s a little thing that makes a big difference! We popped over to the Bronx Zoo before heading home. Great location to make that a day trip!

Amazing stay!

My family and I were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay! The neighborhood was very charming and you could easily walk to downtown New Rochelle. It was also only a 10 min drive to Orchard Beach which was beautiful! The place had everything we needed - fresh towels, extra pillows, drinks and snacks and more!! And the best part - the host even gave us some fresh fruit and wine as a welcome treat. I’d definitely recommend this home for your next stay in New Rochelle/the NYC area.

Great stay!

My wife and I stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. This property has two bedrooms and one bath, a good kitchen and dining/living room where you could host more people if needed. It was very clean with plenty of amenities. Nina was easy to communicate with and a good host. Off street parking was very convenient. Though we didn't have time to use it, there is a nice patio area that could be used for entertainment. Overall, a great place and we will stay there again when we are in the area.
