This unique space offers two bedrooms, one spacious bathroom, dining space, kitchenette, indoor basketball court, and two acres of outdoor space that includes rocking chairs, a hammock, bbq grill, and outdoor shower! Just minutes from downtown Fulshear and Westin Lakes and less than 15 minutes from Katy Mills Mall and Typhoon Texas.
The space
The main bedroom features luxurious bedding in a cozy setting. The children's room has room for three with twin bed bunk beds and a trundle. There is plenty of covered outdoor space including a half basketball court and covered patio with rocking chairs and bbq grill!
