Stunning location overlooking a lake, really peaceful and quiet. The photos do not do it justice! Inside the home is equally beautiful. We (my 3 adult sons and I on a family trip) enjoyed the high ceilings and 2 story windows facing the gorgeous view. Plenty of space to gather in the large kitchen / living area. Furniture and bedding are very comfortable. Access to washer & dryer is convenient, and the hosts generously supplied laundry detergent. The drive to Acadia is easy, and the town of Ellsworth is worth exploring. PS The National Park requires a paper copy of the Park Pass to leave on your dashboard, and we stopped at the Ellsworth Public Library to print it out.

My family and I went to Maine for my brother’s wedding in July. We didn’t know what to expect as we have never visited Maine before. We were blown away by this vacation home. It was breathtaking in every way. The home is gorgeous and so picture perfect! The outside is somehow even more perfect. We would love to stay here again in the future. My family was all in separate cabins on the same lake and out of all of them, ours was by far the most beautiful. The view on the dock is 10/10! You definitely will not regret staying here.

The house was absolutely perfect and was a great way to relax for the weekend. Very dog friendly (dog bed, treats, and water/food bowls already there) and comfortable. We look forward to making this spot an annual trip!

Great Location to View Fall Colors

We had a great stay on Beech Hill Pond. The house was comfortable and met all of our needs. We enjoyed the view from the house and sitting on the bench by the shore. This was a great location to visit Acadia and coastal towns as well as head in to view fall colors. We would revisit this spot on future visits to Maine.

This house was everything we could ask for. It was so peaceful by the lake and offered us privacy. The house inside was beautiful and a place where we could just relax. Beautiful lake house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hidden gem on Beech Hill Pond, which is a quiet and pristine lake perfect for swimming, fishing, and boating. The property is beautiful and private with its own boat ramp and dock. The house is well stocked and very comfortable for a family of 4. We enjoyed trips to nearby Bangor and Ellsworth. Would definitely rent again!
