Enjoy the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, and the majestic sounds of our native Loons over a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening on our large porch overlooking the lake. This charming Maine cottage is ideal for escaping busy every day life yet central to many of the most popular Maine cities and attractions including Acadia National Park.

This was a terrific lake front house. It was perfect for my wife and two small children. I may have messed up by not staying here longer, as my kids didn’t want to leave. Great Lake, and great house.

The lake cabin was an excellent place to end our trip! We enjoyed the kayaks and my husband enjoyed the use of the fishing pole. He caught several different types of fish from the dock. We enjoyed High Tide Restaurant and Mason’s Brewery along the riverwalk in Brewer. The hosts were great and excellent communicators!! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place near Bangor.

This place is just amazing as we thought it would be. Everything that we needed for day to day stuff was provided for us making it a very relaxing time. We were so impressed with everything that we have already booked next years trip back.

Lake Living

We had a great time and found all the comforts of home. Great wildlife, easy access to activities and Acadia, and just a relaxing lake stay. The water was warm, kayak and paddle board kept us busy, and great enclosed porch to enjoy the views. We would recommend this property and found the hosts to be excellent.

Such a perfect spot by itself also close to Bangor and Orono

We had an amazing weekend stay here at Brewer lake! It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the lake ! It was also perfect for our family as we participated in graduation activities at UMaine in Orono! Clean with thoughtful amenities

This lake house was right on the water with beautiful view. We engaged with 2 minks who scooted across the rocky shoreline. Listening to loons was a first for us. We were comfortable and this place was a great homebase for us as we explored Maine for our very first time.

Long weekend

For us its all about the lake. Once we arrived we didn’t leave until it was check out time. The weather and water temp were perfect. The cottage was clean and welcoming.

Perfect location for fun on the water

Our blended family had a great time here. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The hosts left s’mores supplies, which was a huge hit with the kids. We love to spend time on the water and enjoyed the kayaks, canoe and paddle board that the hosts allowed us to use.

Perfect family vacation

Our family of four stayed here. We had a wonderful time. The cottage is so cozy and charming. The kids spent much of the time enjoying the lake and the beautiful scenery. Just a fabulous time for everyone. Stay here. You won’t regret it!

Cottage on Brewer Lake

Every year we rent a lake house for a week. This was the most beautiful lake we have stayed at so far. The water was beautiful and we saw so many loons. The cottage was ideal and we loved hanging out on the dock, kayaking and being inspired to paint and draw the lovely scenery. It was fun to explore Bangir as well. Perfect week get away!

This charming Maine cottage is ideal for escaping busy every day life yet central to many of the most popular Maine cities and attractions. Located less than 9 miles from Bangor International Airport, 48 miles from Bar Harbor, and 53 miles from Cadillac Mountain at Acadia National Park. Enjoy a plethora of restaurants, bars, and shops located 7 miles with in the town of Brewer. Check out the featured guidebook located at our cottage which references many nearby points of interest.
