For leisure, cozy up by the gas fireplace after fun-filled days on the water and stream your favorite movie or watch local channels on DirecTV. Hours of fun await in the fully finished basement-level game room, where you'll find shuffleboard, foosball, a putting green, wall magnet games, and a full-size professional-style pool table. For added convenience, you’ll have essential amenities including high-speed WiFi, central air-conditioning, two coffee makers (regular and Keurig), a blender, a waffle maker, and a private washer/dryer to refresh for the next day’s adventures.

THINGS TO KNOW
Due to the windy roads and inclines we recommend not bringing a boat/trailer to the house. Small boats may work and can be stored in the driveway or grassy area at the end of the road.
Sleeps 11-12 (beds for 10 plus a sleeper sofa fit for 2 youth or 1 adult).
The fireplace has seasonal availability from October 1 through May 1.
No smoking or vaping on the property.
No pets are allowed.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
