This 4 bedroom home in the heart of Downtown Columbia is the perfect place to stay with your family. From the moment you park in the driveway, you will feel right at home. Walking up the steps in the front of the home, you are greeted with a welcoming front porch and show stopping French door. Inside this house, the same beautiful, modern decor continues throughout.

Living Room-
The living room is located on the first floor. There is a large sectional couch with room for all of your family. A Smart TV is mounted on the wall for you to enjoy your favorite TV shows or movies on. The focal point of the room is the ship lap electric fireplace and the wooden mantel. Enjoy a game of tic tac toe together as a family as you stay in this space.

Kitchen-
This gorgeous kitchen has stainless steel appliances and white cabinets throughout. It is fully stocked with all of the essentials you need to make a nice home cooked meal, or to enjoy a take out meal from a local restaurant. There is a large island with additional seating for 2.

Dining Room-
The Dining Room is located right off of the kitchen. Enjoy family meals together at the table that has seating for up to 4 people. The stunning light fixture over the table is what makes the room and will be a family favorite fixture during your stay.

Primary Bedroom-
The primary bedroom is on the first floor and is furnished with a king size bed. This bed is made with clean, comfortable sheets allowing you to get a good nights sleep during your stay here. There are 2 nightstands with lamps next to the bed for you to relax and unwind with a book before you go to sleep. There is also a SmartTV for you to watch your favorite shows or movie in your own space. There is a dresser and garment rack provided for you to unpack and make yourself feel at home while staying here.

Primary Bathroom-
The primary bathroom is a gorgeous private bathroom right off of the primary bedroom. This bathroom has his and her separate sinks, with a stand alone tub in the middle. The stand up shower is like a world of its own with water jets and a tv located on the inside. This bathroom comes stocked with hotel soaps and shampoo for you to use during your stay.

Bedroom 2-
Bedroom 2 is a king sized bedroom located on the second floor of the house. This bed is made with clean, comfortable sheets for your guests to enjoy a nice nights sleep. There is a nightstand and lamp for your guests to use while staying here. There is a desk with a computer for anyone staying that has work to get done while here. This room has a mounted SmartTV, allowing them to watch their own preference before bed. There is a closet available for all of your belongings.

Bathroom 2-
Bathroom 2 is located upstairs. There is a double vanity for plenty of space to put away all of your bathroom essentials. There is shower/tub combo for you to use. This bathroom is stocked with hotel soaps and shampoo for your stay with us.

Bedroom 3-
This upstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed. This bed is made with clean, comfortable sheets for your guests to get a good nights sleep in. There are 2 nightstands with lamps for your guests to use during their stay. A SmartTV is mounted on the wall for your guests to have their own space to watch their favorite TV shows and movies on. There is a closet available for them to unpack their stuff during your stay here.

Bedroom 4-
Bedroom 4 is also located upstairs. There are 2 twin sized beds in this room. They are both made with clean, comfortable sheets for your guests to enjoy a peaceful night while here. Both beds share a night stand and lamp. There is a closet in this room for them to put away their belongings. This room has a SmartTV mounted so everyone has their own private space to watch what they prefer.

Bathroom 3-
Bathroom 3 is located upstairs and has a shower/tub combo. There is a single vanity sink with cabinets for you to put away all of your bathroom essentials. This bathroom comes stocked with hotel soaps and shampoo during your stay here.

Bathrooms 4 &5 -
Both of these bathrooms are half bathrooms. There are hotel soaps provided in these bathrooms for you to use.

Game Room/Movie Room-
Upstairs at the end of the hallway is a large Arcade and Movie Room. Enjoy a movie on the SmartTV while relaxing on the reclining sofas or play a game on the arcade gaming console. There is a double basketball hoop for you to play a game against one of your guests. A snow cone and popcorn machine are provided for you to use while here. This is the perfect space to make plenty of memories with your family without having to leave the house!

Laundry Room-
The laundry room is located downstairs off of the living room. There is a full size washer and dryer for you to clean all of your clothes before heading home, to make unpacking at home that much easier. There is laundry detergent provided, as well as shelves for you to have additional storage space while staying here.

There are 2 air mattresses that provide space for additional guests. There will be an additional fee of $15/night for each additional occupant after 8.
