Beautiful area with a great view of the lake and clock tower. You are only a short walk down to the pier (your walk back up is all uphill so be warned) otherwise it is the perfect area for staying close to most of the action of duluth.

Great view, clean, well organized and very centrally located. Quite a few characters wandering around across the street (there’s a shelter nearby)but never felt unsafe. Responsive management company- sent someone right over when we locked opener in garage. Overall a great stay!

Great place with wonderful views. My family and I enjoyed it. One thing to note is that the floors are creaky. I would stay there again though

The unit was very well stocked with anything needed for our stay (towels, sugar and coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc.). The unit was clean and had enough space for our family of 4. Our only real issue was the air conditioning. The unit has a wall thermostat that doesn't seem to do anything, and there are two portable A/C units (attached to vent outside) in two of the living spaces. This caused the unit (especially the bedrooms) to be very warm during our stay. As a unit on the upper floor, there are stairs to navigate, which can be an issue depending on your mobility level and how much you have to carry. Our family of 4 was able to manage fine. The views out of the unit are excellent, and it's central location made driving to our activities easy.

I was impressed with how close we were to canal park. It is only a few blocks down the hill. What makes the location even better is the available off street parking, therefore saving us on parking each time we went to canal park.

This apartment has so much charm. It is located in a gorgeous old brick building with nice updates on the inside. Location is great and easy to get around to Duluth attractions. Everything was very accurate in regards to photos and details. It totally met our needs and expectations.

Great weekend getaway

We love the Duluth area but don't always want to stay at a hotel. this property was perfect for our family of 4. great location, very cute apartment and clean! defiantly would stay again

Cute apartment

Nice place to stay if you plan on being out and about in the area. Clean and enjoyed the older building while still having been updated so it was easy to be in.

Easy access to Duluth and the hospital system:

Very clean, quiet and confortable place to stay while dealing with a stressful situation. Could easily walk back and forth to the hospitals in downtown Duluth.

Quick Getaway!

Great property! Clean. Close to Canal Street. Had a wonderful stay. Definitely worth the price and would book again without hesitation.

Great stay!

My wife and I needed to get away from the city and decided we would rent out this VRBO for the weekend. Overall very happy with the stay, and the apartment felt like home. The property owner reached out to us the day before to explain the check in process and if we had any questions Heirloom was one call away.

Beautiful Hilltop Getaway!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this well-appointed, cozy condo! We celebrated a friend’s birthday and thoroughly enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, snuggling in the living room enjoying the gorgeous view. We would come back in a heartbeat!❤️

This is on the second floor with stairs. May be more difficult for older individuals. Overall the clocktower condo was good and met my needs. 2 modest bedrooms, kitchen, living room, back office space and a single bathroom.
