The property is in a convenient location to BYU/Provo/Orem. The house was very clean. Had some difficulties getting logged in to one of the TVs, but the other worked fine. Traffic noise is present from the south side bedrooms, but not so much in the north side bedrooms. AC works very well, though not very balanced between upstairs and down (warm upstairs, very chilly downstairs). Overall a good value.

This was a perfect location for anything in Provo. Communication was great with host. House was clean and well stocked. Game room was a plus with 2 teenagers. A few words of caution. My Apple Maps had a hard time finding the house. The host communicated that prior to check in so I was prepared. Also, you won’t be able to get in the house until exactly check in time. There is an offer to check in an hour early for a fee, but when I arrived 10 minutes before check in, the lock wouldn’t work until exactly check in time. I messaged the host and he did remotely change the timer so it would let me in. As I mentioned before, the host was very responsive and made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this house, especially for multiple families.

Overall, the house was very clean and had an abundance of linens, bath tissue, and other items that improved our stay. It would have been helpful to have the porch light on and to have large easy to read numbers on the house. We 65 year old group of ladies would have appreciated a railing on the front steps.
