This is a No Smoking residence. If you choose to smoke outside, there should be no evidence remaining. You will be charged for damages and lingering smoke smells.

Dogs ONLY - please stay with your dog on the premises to avoid damage fees. Marking and damage fees start @ $65 an hour. No cats due to allergies.
The standard pet fee is $75 for the first dog and $50 for additional dogs. I need to have the place professionally deep cleaned for other guests upon your departure and appreciate your understanding!

There are NO Parties permitted in this quiet neighborhood. No outdoor music. If there are more than 10 occupants in the home at a time you will receive a warning. If it happens again you’ll be removed from the property without a refund. Scheduled daytime gatherings can be arranged upon request.

Fun: Games, heigh chair, pack and play, pickle ball needs are in the front door closet.

Entrance: The garage can be closed by pressing the arrow on the keypad. However, it will need to be opened after entering the home through the front door.

Functionality: Fan speeds and lights can be altered by pulling the chains.

The master bedroom waterfall light switch is on the right side of the bed - left side of the outlet. There is a remote for settings in the right end table drawer. Please return it there.

Bathroom mason jar lights are controlled by the remote in the top master bath drawer. Please return it there. Select 8 to stop the blinking.

Heat: The Nest thermostat is located between the loft and the laundry room.

Blow dryer: located in the second drawer of the master bathroom.

Makeup: Black hand towels and make remover wipes are to be used for all makeup removal. Damages to white towels will result in a fee.

Fire pit: Firewood under the tarp and an axe is located in the kitchen closet. Please be sure to put this fire completely out to avoid damage fees.
Fireplace: wall switch on the right. Please be sure to turn it off.

Ski Gear: Please leave wet gear to dry in the garage on the shoe rack/ shelves.

Coffee & Tea: Available in the cabinet to the left of the sink.

Kid friendly: pack and play, height chair, sippy cups, kids silverware and dishes. Please put the silverware on the top rack of the dishwasher only.

Emergency: The American Fork Hospital is 5 mins away.
