The residence with double bed, sofa bed, balcony and kitchenette can accommodate 2-3 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room provide a fantastic view over the forest and the bay of Lübeck. The sun can be enjoyed on the furnished balcony all day long.

The double bed consists of two separate mattresses (160 x 200 with comfort height. The open kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom has a bath with shower, a toilet and bidet.

You have the opportunity to make use of the Clubhotel's numerous offers. The spa and fitness area at the club hotel includes an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool (each 12 x 25 m).

The beach can be reached on foot through the forest or on the road in 5 minutes.

A TV with DVD Blueray player invites you to exciting movie nights. Two swimming pool maps are included in this apartment and can be used in the swimming pool, in the sauna and in the outdoor pool. A private parking space is available in the underground car park free of charge. The sports offer extends from golf, tennis, surfing, surfing, bowling, cycling and hiking and can be carried out directly on site.

Schöner Aufenthalt in kleiner gemütlichen Wohnungen

Die Wohnung ist trotz des Alters noch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Bauschutt/Müll am Eingang war bei Anreise etwas erschreckend. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und gut geschlafen, Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber ein Backofen fehlt schon (Aufbacken von Brötchen nicht möglich, Bäcker sehr weit weg). Es wäre schön, wenn man mehr allgemeine Informationen bekommen würde, z.B das man Schwimmbad im/am mit nutzen darf, das ein Fahrradverleih direkt vor ist usw.. Super ist, das ein Parkplatz mit dabei ist!! Wir würden sofort wieder diese Wohnung mieten 😊

Toll! Aber könnte moderner sein

Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen perfekt... Wenn man allerdings einen längeren Aufenthalt plant ist es zu klein. Das Bad optisch noch in den 70igern, also schon fast wieder zeitgemäß 😉 In einem Appartement dieser Größe würde ich mir statt 2 Vitrinen mit Schnick Schnack aus der Urzeit schon einen Tisch und 2 Stühle wünschen, um auch mal gemütlich frühstücken zu können. Die Küche allerdings wirkt sehr neu und ist auch wirklich schick, aber eine Mikrowelle, die zum heutigen Standard gehört, sucht man vergebens...ebenso WLAN. Auch das Sofa ist so ungemütlich, dass man alle 2 Minuten runterrutscht. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, was man auf den ersten Blick nicht erwartet hätte, aber wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Der Ausblick ist natürlich eine Wucht... Sehr schön. Die Lage des Objekts ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, zu Fuß immer die Steigung ist schon anstrengend und für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht zu empfehlen. Der kostenlose Parkplatz in der Garage auch ein klarer Pluspunkt. Alles in allem für ein verlängertes Wochenende aber durchaus zu empfehlen. Für mehr aber auch nicht.

Kurzurlaub am Timmendorfer Strand.

Das Apartment war sauber, angenehm groß und an der Ausstattung hat uns Nichts gefehlt. Die zusätzlich bestellte Bettwäsche war ebenfalls vorhanden und bezogen. Der Balkon mit der Aussicht war echt super. Die gesamte Kommunikation und Abwicklung mit der Inhaberin erfolgte stets hilfsbereit und freundlich.
