We intentionally don’t stock things like coffee, filters, cooking oil, or seasonings to ensure everything in the space is fresh, clean, and consistent for every guest. In our experience, shared food items can sometimes be left partially used or past their prime, and we want to avoid any uncertainty around quality or freshness. Any seasonings you may have seen were likely left behind by a previous guest. While we do our best to clear out perishable and opened items, occasionally something may be missed. We find that most guests prefer bringing or purchasing exactly what they like, and this approach helps us maintain a higher standard of cleanliness and reliability.
