Excellent stay!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home is in a very nice neighborhood with lots to do and not too far from downtown Hot Springs. It was so clean and well stocked with just about everything you need. I absolutely loved the decor too!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Very nice home and area is very peaceful. Got to watch deer passing by and located within a short drive to an array of things to do and see.

A cozy retreat

Our stay was very relaxing. The house was clean and cozy, decorated very lovely. The only thing I dislike about it was how far the community pool was from the house. All in all Hot Springs Village was wonderful

Great home away from home.

This was a great house. Plenty of room for everyone. Great location in a quiet part of hot springs village. House was sparkling clean Beds were super comfy. Showers were amazing. We willl be back.

Our stay was comfortable and exactly as expected! The house was clean and located in a very quiet, private location. The owners were easy to contact and very helpful, quick to respond. I recommend this place for your stay in Hot Springs Village. I will choose this place to stay again!

Great stay

We loved the house. It was clean and in a quiet area. There was plenty of room for us and our three teen/adult kids. We made good use of the patio and outdoor fireplace. It was a bonus to have a fridge in the garage and both a gas and charcoal grill.

Exactly as pictured

Everything went well with our stay. It was easy to book and access the property. The lightly stocked kitchen was nice. I enjoyed sitting on the patio each morning. I actually loved the pillow, which I’ve never stayed anywhere where I could say that. Plenty of amenities in Hot Springs Village but not too far from Hot Springs as well.

Better than expected!

This property was exceptional in every way. The house was very clean, well equipped and perfect for two couples and could handle two children as well. Two of the bedrooms have large beds and the decor was outstanding. Everything we hoped for and more. Thanks

Relaxing weekend getaway

Our family of 4 had a fantastic weekend stay at this home. It was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Location was central to the 3 golf courses we played and convenient to Balboa marina to rent a boat & tube for a few hours. Our teenagers loved having their own room with TV’s in each. The nearby Village Hibachi restaurant had surprisingly good sushi. There is also a grocery store and a super Walmart in the surrounding area. We feel very fortunate to have found this property and will book it again for our next stay! Highly recommend!!

Sweet "Sweet Retreat"!

Our stay at the Sweat Retreat worked out wonderfully! The house was very accommodating for our needs. My family and I were very pleased to have found a place so close to my parents home of 30 years in Hot Springs Village. The proximity to my parents was convenient for us and it worked out perfectly. The house was clean and spacious for what we needed. We also enjoyed relaxing on the patio with the fire pit after a long day. I look forward to staying at the Sweet Retreat in the future.

Comfy Get-Away

Our family of 4 (parents and 2 adult sons) enjoyed 4 nights at the property. The property was very clean inside, the kitchen was well stocked, plenty of room for us in the living area and dining table. The bedrooms are good size and decorated nicely. The guys enjoyed a morning golfing at the Balboa course. Downtown Hot Springs was about a 20 minute drive and Garvan Woodland Gardens is about 30 minutes from the home (Anthony Chapel is so beautiful and easy to access from the parking lot). Our host was very responsive. Highly recommend the “sweet retreat” in Hot Springs Village.

Heavenly stay away from home

I can’t say enough nice things about this little slice of heaven nestled in the beautiful mountains of Arkansas. The community the house is in is fabulous. Lots of fun family activities within reach including the wonderful lake beach we spent our mornings at. The house was beautiful. Absolutely stunning piece of home away from home. Very clean and homey complete with all amenities that a family can need when away from home. The house backs to a beautiful little forest that doubles as a wonderful place for bird watching which was a plus for my family. We can’t get over the serenity of the place which was exactly what we needed for a get away from the daily bustle of city life in Houston. Thank you Jelena for making out stay a wonderful experience. Well Furnished and Clean

Very nicely appointed property. Unlike many “professionally managed” properties, this house has a well stocked kitchen with some spices, salt, ziploc bags, decent paper towels, etc. and 2 ply toilet paper, extra towels, and more than 1 laundry detergent pack furnished. Yes, in today’s world these are not universal amenities. Some of the properties are so cheap in extras you may have to make a Walmart run to actually have what you need. Not this one. Nice decor, comfortable beds and furniture. The only minor “cons” I can think of: need luggage racks in the bedrooms, and towel and toilet paper racks in the bathrooms. And I always complain about cleaning and other fees being too high, although these were not excessive. Really a good value and we would definitely stay there again.

Night mare!

The stay was fine. The we got home and the owner accuses us of stealing supplies and food. Pictures were sent to us of what we were accused of stealing. When we got there the outter fridge was empty and supply closet unlocked!! The owner claim we popped the door pins. The owner sent photos of 5 bottles of wine in the outer fridge with some food that was missing. First—we don’t drink!!!. Second -closet was empty and unlocked before our arrival. Third-we are millionaires—we do not steal. We donate tens of thousands to charity every year. Fourth-my parents live on that same road—we were planning on going back—not now. I told the owner that it’s obvious someone with the code stole the stuff before our arrival. The owners and the cleaning staff blamed us without even asking us first. People who don’t drink—don’t steal wine! I’m an disabled veteran and retired law enforcement—we are honorable upright in character people. We don’t steal. No apology was offered. We are going back to hot springs next month but I will never stay there again!!

Mr. Leitner, This was the first time anything like this has happened to us. We have always had very nice guests. We are always very giving and would've said yes to any of those things that were taken from us. My intentions was to figure out what happened and to resolve this as soon as possible. This has really taken us by surprise and I reacted so. I should've approached it as questioning, it didn't come across that way and for this I apologize.
