Villa Manatee, feel-good apartment with terrace & sauna area in Sellin

You are very welcome in the newly opened apartment house "Villa Manatee". Unpack your bags and enjoy the maritime and modern furnishings with special extras. The apartment is very nicely cut and extends over a total of 55 square meters.

The apartment is decorated in a Nordic modern style, to make you feel good. We offer our guests a parking space and free WiFi during their stay.
On the ground floor of the villa is the apartment with a beautifully planted stone terrace and an outdoor seating area. The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a flat screen TV. In the living room there is the possibility of an extra bed for two people, on a sofa with spring core and sleeping function. In addition to the comfortable sofa, the open living area has a comfortable wing chair, a wall unit with a flat-screen TV, music system and Blu-Ray player. From the kitchen or living room you have direct access to a beautiful terrace. Here our guests can expect comfortable patio furniture, to linger or have breakfast outdoors.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with freezer, a coffee pad machine, a toaster, a kettle and all kinds of dishes and cooking utensils.
A wellness area with sauna, showers and loungers is located in the basement of the newly renovated villa for all guests. The sauna can be used for a small fee, via a coin operated machine. To ensure a shutdown, it was provided with this automatic timer for safety reasons.

There is a stop for the electric pool lift in the street. The train runs all over Sellin and directly to the beach. But you can also walk to the two beaches, the famous pier on Wilhelmstrasse, Lake Selliner, the small train station of Raging Roland, restaurants and shops in a few minutes. The villa is central, quiet and in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful forest area of the Granitz hunting lodge.
