Beautifully Appointed quiet studio in great location

This beautifully appointed quiet studio has quality fixtures, furniture and décor. It has two queen beds with quality linens, duvets and pillows, 50 inch flat-screen smart satellite TV, floor-to-ceiling stone stacked fireplace and dining table and chairs. There is a fully fitted hardwood and granite kitchen area (full refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc.), and a leather armchair. There is a hand-tiled vanity with hair dryer, iron etc, and beautifully tiled bathroom, with tub, shower and vanity. A small deck with chairs to sit out on and partial views. Air-con. The studio gets high ratings from our guests and we have paid attention to every detail.

Also on property there is a fabulous outdoor hot-tub (we provide cozy robes) and seasonal pool. Free onsite parking and EV charging station, and a coin operated laundry facility. Guests can use the onsite ski rental facility, can enjoy the Silver Mountain Gym with leisure and lap pools, full gym and spa facilities (daily access fee applies) adjacent to the property.

The studio is conveniently located to all areas of Park City. The local free bus service stops outside, and you can ride to Main Street, and Park City Mountain, Deer Valley and The Canyons ski resorts within a few minutes. The Olympic Park, shopping outlets, and ice arena are also within access on the bus route. You can also take a lovely walk to Park City Main St along the scenic rail trail. Also in the neighborhood there are several great restaurants, (sushi, Chinese, steak, Asian, Mexican), cafés and shops - all within a couple of minutes walk. Within easy access of other hiking and bike trails also.

We are in the heart of the Sundance Film Festival area, with one theater on site and several more of the major festival theaters and venues within a short walk and/or on the festival bus route.

We loved the unit it was beautiful and well kept. It is not walking distance to much but there is a convenient bus to take you to Main Street area. If you only plan on skiing park city you can probably get away without a car but anywhere else you'll need some wheels. Would stay there again!

Thank you for your review - we appreciate it. As a result, we will be adding more information to the studio about the neighborhood (it is already available in the reception lobby) to help guests, who may not realize that there are some of Park City's key venues within a few minute's walk. The studio is within a three minute walk of a dozen fabulous Park City restaurants and cafes, and one of the best bakeries. The movie theater is a five minute walk, the Eccles theater (that hosts amazing evening shows) is a five minute walk. The Silver Mountain Spa and gym is on property, as is the Prospector Theater - home currently to the Park City Film Series each weekend. Supermarkets are a ten minute walk away. You can walk to Park City Main St along the historic rail trail. It's a beautiful walk that takes about 15 minutes. We will also leave more bus schedules for guests. The free Park City bus runs every ten-fifteen minutes to all areas of Park City (including the Olympic Park, the outlets, and within a few minutes to all the ski resorts). The bus service stops outside the property in both directions. Some guests prefer to bring a vehicle, and there is free parking outside the studios, but many guests are happy to use Park City's free transportation. Once again, many thanks. Helen and Bryan

Ski Trip Stay

The room itself was clean, well kept, and as described online! We were very pleased overall with it. The walls and ceiling are on the thinner side, so your sleep may be dependent on the neighbors you have each night. There is a bus stop directly in front of the building where you check in, so it makes up for it being a bit off of the main strip.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was in a nice area and easy to grab food near by. We were able to take our kids around the property to see snow and walked up the the trail easily. Short drive to main st. The host was a fantastic communicator and usually had messaged me about 30 min before I would pull out my phone to ask that exact question. Great over all experience. Would book again.

Beds comfortable! This place is a 5 minute shuttle ride to Main Street, about a 10 minute shuttle ride to Park City and Deer Valley ski resorts. Owners are very responsive and helpful.

Helen's place was lovely, clean, welcoming! It was a joy to return to each day after our film festival soirees. We loved the fireplace as a heat source, the temperature was always perfect. We were pleasantly surprised that we were just at the back door of one of the theaters, and walking distance to a couple more, without being in the hubbub of Main Street. But when we wanted to venture over there, a bus stop was just out the door, and we never waited more than 5 minutes. Incredibly good stay! Thanks much!

Wonderful Studio in Park City

My son and I had a very enjoyable stay in Park City at this nicely appointed studio. Location at Prospector is ideal, with 1-3 minutes access by car to anything in PC but without the congestion of being along the main street corridor or at the base of the ski resort. The condo is beautifully finished and the attention to detail by the manager, Helen, outstanding. Nice bathroom amenities, quality linens and towels. and a completely stocked studio kitchen make for a very comfortable stay. I found Helen to be an absolute pleasure to work with. She was friendly, professional, accommodating, and prompt in her responses. I have rented properties across the US through VRBO and have never had a better experience with a property manager-owner. I would highly recommend one to consider any of the properties that Helen manages, as I doubt you could go wrong.

Outstanding Accommodations from a Lovely Host!

My two college-aged children and I recently stayed in Helen's studio for the Sundance Film Festival. The studio was so comfortable and cozy -- it had everything we could possibly need, and the "extra" touches were so nice (full size shampoo and conditioner in the shower, grocery shopping services offered, etc.). And the Prospector location is ideal for whatever you plan on doing in Park City . . . so convenient! I cannot recommend this gem enough. I will be back!

Very comfortable ski retreat

I had never stayed in Prospector Park so was unsure what to expect. The buses made getting around very easy, and the condo was very comfortable. The owners were eager to help fix any problem, and when the fireplace wouldn't kick on, they rushed right over. When they found out the repair would take a couple of days due to weekend, they brought over a nice space heater and offered to move us to another condo. Since it wasn't very cold, we opted to stay. The beds were super comfortable, the shower was great. The real treat was the free passes to the health club which was amazing! Would stay again.

Great unit, convenient location

Beautifully decorated unit - comfortable and warm. Loved the fireplace, and the shampoo and conditioner were a nice touch. If you are a light sleeper and not used to noise, bring earplugs - walls and doors are thin. Kitchen is very small - more of a kitchenette than a kitchen. No oven, although there is a microwave. There were only 2 of us, and we hadn't planned any extravagant dinner parties, so it worked out fine. Tile floor is beautiful, but very slippery if your ski boots are a little wet. Very easy and convenient free bus access to ski resorts. Didn't need to use our car at all. Easy bus access to historic Main Street and all it offers. Variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. Owner is great to deal with. She very kindly mailed our left behind charging cable back to us. Thanks very much Helen!!

Great Place to Stay in Park City

Very nice room for a ski trip to Park City. Very clean, well maintained and updated amenities. Nice full kitchen which is perfect for making breakfast before skiing. Very comfortable beds with great sheets, pillows and comforters. Nice fireplace and tv. Very nice if you want something classy but affordable. The owners are very nice and responsive to requests. The unit is right on the bus line which is very convenient. 15 minutes on the red line to Park City Resort for skiing or 10 minutes on the yellow line to Main Street for dinner. I stayed here with my 2 teenagers and it was perfect for our needs. We just slept here, skied, came home to shower, back to town for dinner, then chilled before bed.
