Boasting high-end finishes throughout, this exquisite Park City gem offers upscale living and a stellar location for a perfect mountain retreat. Famous for year-round entertainment and outdoor recreation, you'll be centrally located in the heart of all the action. Situated on Historic Main Street enjoy all of the fun it has to offer.



Enjoy world-class skiing through the winter and experience cutting-edge film festivals through the summer. This condo is rich with on-site amenities, leaving everyday convenience at your fingertips. The owner also provides unique, free parking for one car.

The home's plush interior features an open layout well-furnished for contemporary comfort. The mighty kitchen area features a mid-size stove/oven, fridge, and microwave for at-home convenience. After a day of adventure, unwind in the living room or bedroom and enjoy a show or movie on the 55-inch smart TVs. Cap the evening with a nightcap on the private double patio overlooking the lush, alpine courtyard. In-home essentials include central air-conditioning and free WiFi.



When it's time to hit the slopes, the walk to Town Lift to access Park City and Canyons is about 0.5 miles. Walk in your street shoes and leave them at the ski and board valet right next to the lift, free of charge. Or arrange to have your skis stored at the shop - no charge if you rent them from the store. There's ski storage in a room adjacent to the lobby so you won't need to carry your skis to the condo. The Old Town Transit Center, a hub for Park City's shuttles, is 0.3 miles away. A free trolley traverses Main Street in a loop so you'll be able to jump on and off all-day long until 11 pm, showing up in front of every nine to ten minutes.

Great location! Lots of places to walk to. Close to skiing. It was a little hard to manage the heat. It was too warm in the bedroom. Would absolutely stay again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the check-in and check-out times did not feel convenient for your travel plans. To clarify for future guests, there were no issues reported with the unit itself or with the service provided during the stay. The concern centered around requests for early check-in and late check-out. While we always try to accommodate those requests when possible, we had back-to-back reservations on those dates and needed the full scheduled time to properly clean, inspect, and prepare the home for incoming guests. Our standard check-in and check-out times are in place to ensure every guest arrives to a thoroughly prepared and well-maintained property. When our calendar allows flexibility, we are more than happy to offer adjustments. Unfortunately, in this case, the turnover schedule did not permit it. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for staying with us.

Awesome location

Loved this property, perfect for the two of us. Walk to all shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. The very large hot tub was an amazing end to a day of skiing.

Super Convenient, large clean place

This place is very convenient regardless of what you are planning for the park city area. While it’s not fancy, it’s a large welcoming space with a nice kitchen, convenient parking and two beds great for two singles or a family of four.

Perfect Location for Sundance

I loved staying in this condo for Sundance. It is at the top of Main Street so we did have to walk up and down which got tiring but was also fun. The condo is clean and has looks newly remodeled. It is quiet even though it is near the hot tub. The only issue we had was that the heater wasn't working but Vacasa and the property managers were very prompt about fixing the problem. I'd stay here again for sure!

We had a great stay, our accomodations were just how the pictures looked, very clean and not rundown. The only trouble is the time of year we go, just before Thanksgiving, they seem to always be doing remodeling. It really was not a problem though. It is a great location as well.

Great Location

You can’t beat this location for the price. Proximity to all the bars and restaurants on Main Street was awesome, and Park City has free shuttles to the nearby mountains. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean, however, laundry was not in-unit, but there was communal washer/dryer in the basement of the building. The building itself could use some updates and communication with the property manager could have been clearer.

Prime location, but no AC for us

You can't beat this location! It's right on Main Street so we walked everywhere. Parking was on site. The place was clean and comfortable. The environment nice and there is a big hot tub for all the condos at this property. We loved it! Our issue was that the AC never worked, which was a top priority for us for a summer visit. While we received responses acknowledging this when reached out, it was never resolved. We also did not receive a response to a request for compensation.
