Excellent Place to stay

While this is a little south of Market Square, it was close to Brownwood and Sawgrass, close to the pool and 2 golf carts. Very clean newer place. I would certainly stay at this place again.

Loved our cisit

Really enjoyed our stay. New, clean house. Well appointed and comfortable. Neighbors were great. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Golf getaway

This place was fabulous!! Extra perk was the new six seater golf cart plus the four seater cart!! Everything was super clean and modern.

Good location in Hawkins

Overall good stay. The golf cart was very useful. The master shower needed a better cleaning but the rest of the house was spotless. It was a good stay.

Comfortable stay in The Villages

This modern house was well appointed and came with two golf carts which was perfect for our goup of 6. We had everything we needed in the house for a comfortable week long vacation. We were close to Sawgrass Grove as well as pools and rec centers for our entertainment.

Villages of Florida visit

The Villages are like Disney but for adults. Beautifully maintained 3 bedroom home with 2 gas golf carts. Every detail was meticulously maintained throughout the community. Very active area including golf, swimming pools, recreation centers and live music available at your convenience. Great area for 55 and up adults.

Perfect location for us.

We Stayed for a week and have been to The Villages many times due to family living here. We chose to stay in a rental even though we could stay with family. Traveling with 5 or 6 is much easier to have your own place to work from. Food shopping is close by car. You can get there by golf cart but it takes a little more time. Having 2 golf carts are the reason we stayed but do to only being there a short time and family living north we did not use them. Thank you for good communication.

Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rented 5651 Matanzas Loop for the month of February. House location was great, house was super clean, decorated beautifully, management company helped us with any questions. Only issue was the sofa. It was like sitting on a wood frame with no cushion, uncomfortable for my husband and I. And it was the only furniture to sit on in the living room. We loved the house, but wouldn't rent this particular house again just because of the uncomfortable sofa. Suggest you consider replacing it. Other than that everything was great!

Nice house/Long cart drive to Town Square

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House very clean & good layout. L-shaped couch very uncomfortable for month stay. Master king bed comfortable but needs mattress pad and sheets that fit. We had to put fitted sheet on several times each night.
