Looking for a quiet place to stay with family or friends? This large, beautifully maintained 4 bedroom, 3 bath home, with new, large 8 person hot tub and steps to the private beach is just the answer. Our two-story home has over 3800 sq. ft of space and is beautifully renovated with a well-appointed kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining. The large upper-level family room to gather and play games or watch movies will provide the perfect backdrop to make memories and get away from it all!
This home offers a full kitchen with a Viking gas convection oven, kitchen island to gather around, high end pots and pans, a wood pellet grill/smoker, and your basics cooking necessities. It has a formal dining room, connected to the outdoor dining area, and more outdoor dining on the large upper deck as well.
The spacious upper level primary bedroom provides a lovely, secluded retreat and has a separate deck with lounge chairs and a partial ocean view.
Fun and games galore! We have a shuffleboard table and plenty of family board games to keep the entire family engaged and having fun together.
Our home offers a quiet beach refuge and yet is just minutes from shopping, dining, art, and so much more. Within walking distance you will find Beach Bites, a fabulous beach side deli, convenience store and beach sport rental with everything from smoothies, to subs, to surf board rentals. And next door to Beach Bites you will find Disney's Vero Beach Resort® where your family can enjoy a fun dinner together. Or, if you enjoy getting up early, start your day with incredible sunrises over the turquoise waters of the Atlantic Ocean.

Hi! Our names are Greg and Dawn Weinman and we are so excited to share our home with you! We have four teenage children and we love to travel. Staying at the beach and playing in the ocean has always been one of our family's favorite vacations. We don't live in this home full time, but we have family that lives in the Vero Beach area. These factors gave us the perfect reason to find a home here that we could all enjoy together and come back to year after year as our children move into adulthood and start their own families.
Why they chose this property
When we purchased this home we were looking for a location to provide our immediate and extended family with a place to make memories and to give us a respite from the cold Illinois winters. This home quickly provided us more than we ever could have dreamed of. We hope it will also provide you with the same enjoyment, relaxation, and fun!
What makes this property unique
Our home is located along a beautiful stretch of beach on the Atlantic Ocean side of Florida called the Treasure Coast. It is aptly named for the many shipwrecks that occurred in this area in prior centuries and left treasure washed up on the beaches. Our home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on a sandy lane, away from high-tourist areas, and is about 100 steps to our private beach. We have added some things to our home that our family really loves when we are on vacation, such as a hot tub, shuffleboard, and lots of board games. We truly hope that your family will enjoy our home as much as we do and that you consider making it a place you return to in the years to come!
