Just 10 minutes to LEGOLAND, 3 miles to the famous Orange Heritage Trail, and less than 20 minutes to America's oldest winery, Brotherhood, this cottage has something to offer for everyone.
You'll be minutes from conveniences like Target but taking in the views, you'd never know it.
The space
A 1910 farm cottage, this space has the charm of time with original hardwood floors in the bedrooms with a modern take on a country escape. From the front door here at Deerfield Cottage, you'll enter the main room which includes a comfortable living room and eat-in kitchen with a 270-degree view of the farm and pasture. You'll enjoy your time here in this two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and desk/designated workspace. Bedroom 2 features a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin up above. Rounding out the cottage is the light and bright bathroom with double vanity and a magnetized french-door shower.
Guest access
There is a parking pad right below the front deck with room for two vehicles. Guests will walk up a couple of steps to the front door (on the deck) and can access the cottage via their keypad code.
