Quiet villa in Tallard, 160m2 on 1700m2 of land at the end of a private cul-de-sac with unobstructed views of Mount Céüse. This fantastic holiday home offers three bedrooms, a TV room (with comfortable sofa bed), a living area with brick fireplace and a spacious dining area, adjacent to the kitchen. Two bedrooms are each equipped with double beds (180 x 200cm, the mattresses have the rating Stiftung Warentest 1,8), another with bunk beds for up to 6 children. Outside there are two dining areas, one of which is covered. A brick barbecue invites you to barbecue evenings by the pool. The large and lovingly landscaped garden offers plenty of space for sunbathing, playing and lingering. This beautiful and spacious house is ideal for families and sportsmen (gliders, cyclists, water sports, skiers), who enjoy the charming village life of the south of France and from there to take advantage of numerous destinations.
The holiday property also offers parking for several cars.

Perfect

We had a perfect holiday in this house. Everything(as in everything) was in order. The pool was cleaned 2 times during our 10 days by a very friendly French guy. We eat 2 times at a small restaurant (Le Petit) It was great and not expensive. The owner (Chantal) responded quickly by mail or phone if we had any questions - She seems like a nice woman. Really….we can say absolutely nothing bad about this place and maybe we will be back! We were 2 adults a 18year old boy/man and a girl at the age of 14. Just book it - You won’t regret! Comme à la maison en mieux !

Excellent séjour dans la villa de ChantalLa communication avant comme pendant le voyage était facile, Chantal est disponible et très gentille.La maison est un pur bonheur : spacieuse, confortable, équipée, bien aménagée et propre.Nous fermions les volets de la maison la journée pour garder la fraîcheur et ouvrions le soir en grand. Des jouets, des crayons et des livres étaient à disposition pour le plus grand bonheur de notre fille de 19 mois.La piscine, sécurisée avec une barrière, apporte une oasis de fraîcheur. Nous en avons largement profité les après midi.Le jardin est arboré, frais, très grand et pratique pour jouet avec les enfants. Les balades, le lac de Serre Poncon, le domaine de Charence ne sont pas loin et avons pu profiter de la région. Nos vacances ont été excellente, merci beaucoup On reviendra avec plaisir !!!

Belles vacances

Tres bonne communication avec les propriétaires. La maison est très agréable et très bien située. Piscine, ping pong, pétanque, balade en montagne et au bord des lacs....tout est réuni pour passer de belles vacances. Merci.

Sehr schönes Hause, perfekt für die Familie

Wir waren zu fünft (2 Erw., 3 Kinder) in dem Haus und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Für die Kinder ist super viel Spielzeug vorhanden (Indoor und Outdoor). Der Pooleingang kann man verschließen, sodass die Kinder auch alleine auf dem Grundstück rumlaufen können. Nur empfehlenswert.

Familienurlaub in Tallard

Das großzügige Haus mit tollem Außenbereich und Pool in sehr ruhiger Lage am Rand von Tallard hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Dazu gab es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, mehrere Ausflugsziele für Kinder in der Umgebung und eine Tischtennisplatte in der Garage für Regentage (oder großer Hitze).

Logement agréable

Grand logement idéalement situé, idéal pour 2 couples et 4 enfants. Très bien équipé. Seuls petits bémols une climatisation ou au moins des ventilateurs seraient appréciable lorsqu'il fait chaud... Et pour que ce soit encore plus parfait,il faudrait que la piscine soit un petit peu chauffée. Nous recommandrions à n'importe qui cette superbe location tant pour son calme, sa taille que sa situation géographique. Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité.

Entspannung pur

Wir haben uns im Haus der Familie Reyhn sehr wohl gefühlt. Nicht nur das Haus mit Garten und einem großen tollen Pool haben uns beeindruckt, sondern auch der traumhaft schöne Ausblick auf die umliegende Berglandschaft und die herrliche Weite. Die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und bietet neben einem normalen Kühlschrank auch noch einen Extrakühlschrank für Getränke. Wir waren zu fünft und hatten genügend Platz. Die Gegend bietet diverse Ausflugsmöglichkeiten vom Fallschirmspringen bis zum Klettersteig und Mountainbiken.

Nous avant passer une excellente semaine dans cette location magnifique maison bien agencé bien équipé. Entouré les 4 stations de ski on s'est régalé hôte très agréable à l'écoute je recommande les yeux fermés

Gut erholt, wohl gefühlt und viel erlebt

Unser Urlaub mit Freunden in diesem zauberhaften Haus war wirklich sehr erholsam. Das Haus bietet Alles, was für einen entspannten Urlaub wichtig ist. Eine geräumige, bestens ausgestattete Küche, super bequeme Betten, einen wunderbaren Pool in einem gepflegten Garten mit Grill- und eine Natur zum verlieben. Unsere sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Vermieter haben uns bestens über die Highlights der Umgebung informiert und standen uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir sind Ihnen wirklich dankbar, dass wir in diesem ganz individuellen Haus einen viel zu schnell vergangenen Urlaub in Tallard erleben durften. Super Familienurlaub in toller Unterkunft

Volle Empfehlung. Tolles Haus, super Grundstück und klasse Pool. Wir waren Mitte Juni für 14 Tage mit unseren Kindern und den Großeltern in Tallard. Das Wetter war klasse. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Umgebung toll. Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht und hatten viele Empfehlungen der Vermieter. Ansonsten hatten wir eine entspannte Zeit am Haus (Pool, Grill, toller Ausblick). Alles in allem ein super Urlaub. Alle waren begeistert. Gerne wieder.

Ideal für Familien

Das Haus und der Garten mit Pool eignen sich hervorragend für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten, der Garten herrlich zum toben, die Hängematte wurde oft genutzt. Der Essbereich drinnen wie auch draußen ist hell und geräumig, die Tische ausziehbar. Praktisch, wenn viele Personen am Tisch sitzen. Die Fahrgeräte für die Kinder in der Garage sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber benutzbar. Die Ausflugsliste, die wir von den Vermietern bekommen haben, war perfekt, die Umgebung wunderschön ländlich. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

vacances exceptionnelles

la maison est d'un confort exceptionnel, on se sent chez soi. tout est bien pensé, simple et agréable. la région étant aussi très attrayante nous avons passé deux semaines formidables, pleines découvertes. je recommande vivement cette location d'autant que chantal est très réactive.

My company colleagues when to GAP for a work trip and they stayed in this lovely House. The accomodation is amazing,, big house full equipped and very big. Nadgene and Chantal, our hosts, have been incredible, willing to help us with everything. 100% recommended

Perfect place for family or group!!

This house is ideally set up for groups or families. We rented the house with another family who have children and it was fantastic! We enjoyed the large outdoor garden and driveway full of toys (new ping pong table & basketball hoop). The swimming pool is both safe (fencing) and perfect for a fun afternoon in the sun. The house has incredible mountain views and it was exciting to watch the sky divers throughout the day. The house is very large and open which lets parents see (pool included) children but gives everyone the space needed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything one would need to feed a large group of people. We used of the kitchen and outdoor bbq area every day of our stay. We enjoyed exploring Tallard. We did a few hikes in the area and enjoyed one night out at the excellent local restaurant La Cigale. We also did quite a few day trips to places like Sisteron, Marseille, Aix en Provence. Our favorite was our picnics at Les Gorges de la Meouge. Google it. You will want to spend a day or two at this lovely place too!! All in all, this is a wonderful place to stay. It had everything we needed and the owners were easy to communicate with. Highly recommend it!! Can't wait to visit again!

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette demeure. La communication et les échanges avec les propriétaires ont été tout à fait fluides et agréables. La maison est parfaite pour 2 familles (ou une famille nombreuse). Les enfants ont adoré les nombreux jeux à disposition et la piscine très agréable. Toutes les pièces sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût. Il y a l'embarras du choix niveau terrasse (à l'ombre, au soleil ou couverte) et le BBQ n'a pas arrêté de fonctionner pendant le séjour. Tallard nous était inconnu jusqu'alors et ce fut un vrai coup de foudre. La vieille ville regorge de petites rues à explorer, le centre ville dispose de nombreux commerces et de nombreuses balades donnent des vues à couper le souffle ! Sans oublier l'observation de tous les parachuteurs qui sautent depuis l'aérodrome de Gap. Nous avons également visité Sisteron pour un accorbranche dont les enfants se souviendront et les gorges de la Méouge pour des sauts et des baignades dans un environnement naturel d'exception. Bref, en conclusion, rien à redire sur ce séjour qui nous a bien ressourcé !
