This newly remodeled 3BR/3BA home features a welcoming and fresh decor. With multiple living areas, meticulously manicured landscaping, and a spacious patio, there's plenty of room for entertaining.

Situated on a quiet residential street, near fun shops, restaurants, and bars in Orange Circle and only a few miles from Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and Angel Stadium.

After a sun-soaked day of Southern California adventures, relax in the main living room on the comfy couch and two armchairs. Watch your favorite shows in the second living room, furnished with a sectional and a 42in flat-screen TV equipped with Roku. Enjoy a night of family fun in the adjacent game room, outfitted with a table for four and a cabinet full of board games. The modern galley-style kitchen comes with ample counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. An adjacent breakfast nook provides seating for four, while the nearby dining table can accommodate six.

This single-story home sleeps six guests between the three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a California king bed, a writing table, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, while the third bedroom has a queen bed and an armchair. An adjacent guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination and a makeup area. A third bathroom is located off the kitchen and has a walk-in shower.

The beautiful yard includes manicured lawns and a patio with a table for four. Barbecue lunch on the grill and enjoy the lovely California sunshine. The entire area is fenced for privacy. Feel free to pick oranges fresh from the tree! Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer.

Explore the Orange Circle area's restaurants, cute shops, and bars. Chapman University is also nearby, spend an afternoon meandering the beautiful campus. Family fun awaits within a short drive of your rental! Disneyland (6 miles), Knott's Berry Farm (12.5 miles), and Angel Stadium (2.5 miles) are close at hand. Or head to Huntington Beach (20 miles away) for a day by the ocean.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
