Our condo was very nice and it was clean. Our only complaint is that the balcony had a lot of things that need to be cleaned up (old chairs, cooler,pool floats etc.)not sure if they were left there by other renters or the owners.

The room was nice and tidy, it could have used a deep clean as I noticed heavy dust on the vent in the hall but it was also a end of season stay I’m sure they deep clean between seasons. The full bed was comfortable tho sheets did have animal hair of some kind on them but smelled fresh I assume they were just washed with other laundry. The mattress on the pull out is to flimsy to actually be slept on but it worked out fine for us because it was just me and my mom. One of the chairs arms on the balcony was broken as was a lamp in the living room. Again this was an end of the season stay and I was pleased with the room for the price. If you plan on cooking make sure to bring your own pots and pans ect, I didn’t send any complaints to the owner while staying as the things I noticed were minor and didn’t effect me tho I would say if you are allergic to animals to bring your own spare set of sheets.

Condo was beautiful. This is a 1st floor unit but they dont actually walk out. The view of the ocean and the pool was awesome. We were able to sit on the balcony with coffee and watch the sunrise. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay: keurig, pots, pans, towels. Jennifer was very responsive and super accommodating.

Perfect for Family vacation!

Appreciated how clean everything was! Very convenient for family. We loved the room, very cozy! Only complaint was the noise. Karaoke and fireworks every night was an annoyance at bedtime.

The location was good! Communication was poor! Also, my room for the first night was double booked so my family had no room to stay in. We came from Ohio and it was a huge inconvenience! The balcony was covered with toys and stuff(junk) along with smashed cheese on the screen!! There was sand all over the bed comforter and the sheets on the top bunk smelled like pee! The living area had no air and was miserable! My daughter reached out multiple times but never received a response. I had another room booked for the rest of my family and it was amazing!!! I will not ever book a room from this host again. I will not bring my grandkids nor recommend this resort to people with school age kids! The pool restrictions are ridiculous!! Kids are allowed to do nothing!! My grandson, who is 11, was threatened to be kicked out by security because he was passing football with some other kids who had a ball. He was scared and embarrassed and wouldn't swim anymore! Overall, it was a very disappointing vacation! I do have photos, however, they are not flattering!

Good Day, First off , you said that your condo was double booked. That was not the case after you originally booked the condo, you reached out to me and asked if you could add the day before to come a day earlier. I sent you the request to add the day. You waited 2 weeks to respond, by time you did respond, someone else had booked it. While you were at the resort, you had 2 separate incidences where security had to speak with you about behavior issues. The second time they asked you to leave the pool for the day and told you that if there was a third you would be removed from the property. The way you left the condo, it was like you had a full fledge party. I don't usually respond to reviews, but there's no way I was going to let this one stand without putting the truth out there. It's guest like you that give guests a bad reputation. I wish you the best in the future, but you are not welcome back at our properties.

The condo was good but feel the resort in generally needs maintained better. We have been here for 30 years and the resort in general appearance has declined. Parking is tough enough but seeing employees parking were quests should be able to park make the resort not inviting. Employees should be parking far away from the buildings

Good location

This condo was in a great location with a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. The bedroom is tight, but if you’re spending most of your time at the beach that won’t matter. The kitchen is a bit outdated with drawers that don’t work and there isn’t even salt and pepper there so make sure you have all the things you’ll want or need. The on-site market and a few of the amenities weren’t available. It appeared as though there’d been some damage and reconstruction was underway. I don’t even know if they let all the owners know this. Overall, we did have a great time and it worked. They could just use a couple little other perks offered in many vacation rentals.

Thank you for stay with us and leaving a review! We do strive to provide the best experience for our guests and try to be as descriptive as possible. A few things I’d like to address: I am at the beach this week and all of the drawers in the kitchen are in working condition. I do not understand why it was indicated that they are broken, but currently, they work. The kitchen appears exactly as in the photos. You get what you see. If an updated kitchen was desired, that could have been taken into consideration when selecting a unit. In our listing we clearly state the following: “While certain items may be left by previous guests, we do not provide/replenish the following items: 1. Condiments (salt,pepper, cooking oil, etc) 2. Personal items ( shampoo, conditioner, body wash)…etc” As far as the construction is concerned, The Renaissance Tower, 2 buildings down from ours is being updated. So 1 of the 6 pools and 1 of the 2 convenient stores are closed while that building is being updated. This unit is a fully equipped oceanfront condo with a private bedroom for $190 / night in peak season. A basic hotel room with the same view and less amenities is $400+/per night. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The pictures online accurately reflect what the condo looks like in person. The condo is VERY clean. The bedroom is small. It has a queen size bed, 2 small nightstands with no room to spare. However, it was just fine for me and my husband. The balcony view is awesome as is the location of the condo. The host were great to communicate with. We will definitely visit again.
