Room was clean the outdoor pool was not used by any guest while we were there. The flooring was a bit loose and gapped but we managed with no tripping. Bed was comfy. Kitchen was perfect. It was a wonderful lil get away that we were able to schedule only a week in advance. We would definitely stay here again.

If you’re looking to put your feet in the sand within a couple steps, this is the place for you. It’s on the first floor. The balcony is very narrow and there’s trees that blocks the ocean view , and the only other downfall was the flooring in the condo. the flooring was very bad and raised up. They really need to get that fixed. And it would be nice to have more comfortable furniture like days where you wanna just relax and chill. It would be nice to have some decent furniture to sit on. All in all The location is good and the ocean is right there.

The property description does not indicate the guest bedroom is located as you immediately enter the condo which minimizes any privacy when other guests need to enter and depart the condo. Beachfront location is excellent. Shrubbery does obstruct view from one side of the room. Pool was nice but needed a very thorough cleaning. Very nice kitchen area. Flooring has gaps between planks and is raised in places. Ocean view is the attraction of this condo!

We loved our stay. The place was fully stocked but they also quickly and graciously accommodated when we needed an couple extra amenities. The place was clean, bright, and beautifully decorated. And the beds! They were incredibly comfortable. All three of us had a great night's sleep. Proximity to the ocean was perfect (directly on it) with gorgeous relaxing morning views and sounds of the ocean. It was a short walk to many restaurants including the pier/restaurants. We ended up loving Surf Diner on the pier and went daily. Great bar selection, cocktails, and brunch! Also friendly welcoming staff. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Unobstructed ocean view. Quiet area even during spring break. Sufficient parking. Clean room. Pier and food area just a mile or so down the road. Management company was very responsive. Looked like they were doing rennovations for the outside while we were there.

It was a beautiful condo, however, we would not consider it luxury for the price. Most of the unit very beautiful, but the floors are absolutely atrocious in the main living area. The slats are not in place correctly and sticking up far from flush in the center of the livingroom/kitchen area. Almost seems like the floor is pushing up from the bottom and there is a hump. I scraped my foot on the upended flooring multiple times. This definitely needs to be addressed and fixed. The balcony is nice to have, but it is definitely an obstructed view of the beach/sunrise and should be listed as so. There was no coffee available, but everything else that comes with coffee in the morning so that was a little off putting. There is also a stray kitty named Salty that is apparently the building's kitty as there is a house and food for her downstairs. You all should look into what that is about and if they want people feeding her or giving her treats from the bins downstairs. We are animal lovers and would have loved to known if there were any directions for the hotel mascot. We gave her treats from the bag, and tried to befriend her but that's all. All in all, we enjoyed our stay for the most part, but the condo itself needs some improvement to be considered luxury from our point of view.

We had a great stay with our family. The property was nice and open. The only downside was extra linens. They provide just enough towels and wash cloths for 1 per person. I believe it was on day 3 that we did finally get extra dropped off, requested from the rental company. The laundry is on the 3rd floor, there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer. One is on the left side of the 3rd floor, one is on the right. Definitely take a basket! Truly ocean front- our balcony was smaller than the others above us. It was right above the pool though. When we sat down the railing blocked our view so we had to stand to see the beach. My daughters enjoyed the community building cat, Salty!

I will start by saying the condo itself was great. Clean, great location and view and very comfortable! Now to the few little things . . .check in was at 4 but I never received the instructions. After texting and emailing and waiting I eventually had to call. There was active construction all day every day I was there but I was not told about it and there was no price break for it. It also says there is a pool, which there is but no mention that it would not be open during my stay.
