It offers 45 square meters of space for 4 people and leaves nothing to be desired.

The living room has a sofa area, a cozy dining area, TV flatscreen, a stereo system with CD player and a DVD player.

The bedroom has a queen size bed (double bed 140 x 200 cm) and a spacious wardrobe. It is separated by a glass door to the living room.

The second bedroom (children's room) has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The existing wall cabinets provide ample storage space.

The kitchen is equipped with all accessories such as kettle, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, microwave, pizza oven, dishes, glasses and cutlery and a fridge freezer.

The bathroom has a shower and a mirrored wardrobe. Of course, a hair dryer is available.

The balcony invites you to linger and sniff the Harz. It is equipped with garden chairs, cushions and a folding balcony table. A table grill is not missing.

In addition, you will find in the apartment an iron, an ironing board, a clothes horse (a launderette is available for a fee) and a vacuum cleaner.

Parking spaces are sufficiently available in the holiday park.

Bed linen and towels you can bring or book as an additional option.
Please note that the double bed has a size of 1.40 x 2.00 m - for the choice of fitted sheet).
The optional linen package, as well as tourist tax and the one-time final cleaning fee of 35.00 Euro, will be charged separately on site via our holiday service and are to be paid there.

We love animals - but not in our apartment. It is a non-smoking apartment.
