Audubon Park is less than a mile, and both Loyola and Tulane University are about a mile away. The French Quarter and business district are just a trolley car away. You can reach your destination in about 7 minutes by car and perhaps 10 to 15 minutes by public transportation. The Fairgrounds is also about 10 minutes away. We are centrally located to almost everything.

Our newest item is a SAMSUNG FAMILY HUB refrigerator , it has an app that allows you to shop WALMART online and have your groceries delivered by UBER. The refrigerator has a notepad, a message that tells you history facts, PANDORA, WiFi, Bluetooth , recipes, a VUDU app , movie screen and a television. And yes, it has more features.

The newly built Pergola has recessed lighting and ceiling fan for your comfort. The wrought iron table and chairs add that nostalgic ambiance of "THE VIEUX CARRE ". The Magnolia tree blossoms with beautiful white fragrant flowers and has an aroma which is uniquely New Orleans. There are seasonal fruits growing on the premises. Birds enjoy singing,chirping and chatting from dusk ro dawn.

You can walk, jog or ride your bicycle on the levee of the Mighty Mississippi River to Audubon Park for cardio.
