The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the rental price shown, the following fees apply:

The Space:
Marvelous villa with stunning sea views and private pool.

For rent are two flats, which are only rented to one tenant.
The main upstairs apartment is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The apartment is spacious and has from the balcony a great view to the sea and l the pool terrace. The apartment on the ground floor is smaller - and simply furnished in the Spanish style.

The upper apartment has 1 living room, kitchen with dining-place (with dishwasher) 2 bedrooms (each with air-condition), 2 bathrooms; the downstairs apartment (with access to the pool-terrace) has 1 living room (with sofa bed), little kitchen, 1 bedroom, 2 bath.

Beautiful garden with mediterranean plants and palm trees. Slight slope. Large deck in the pool area, roof terrace with sea view and lovely covered terrace on the other side of the house. The pool is allergy friendly without chemical agents and thus.

Internet per wifi available.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.ss is: Denia, Carrer Xirimoia

Getting Around:
The house is in Denia, C/Xirimoya - on hillside. Distance to the center of Denia about 3 km, sandy beach 3 km, rocky and pebble beaches 4 km, supermarket 2 km and restaurants 1 km; Golf 8 km, Horse riding 4 km.

Other Things to Note:
Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

Super schönes Haus, echt zum Wohlfühlen! Alles sehr grosszügig, gross, bequem. Es funktionierte alles. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Das Haus ist voll eingerichtet, es fehlt an überhaupt nichts. Das Gaus würden wir gleich kaufen wenn wir könnten. Das waren super schöne Ferien. Einzig: wenn 2 Parteien zusammen anreisen: es gibt je nur 1 Schlüssel für Einfahrtstor, Hauptwohnung, untere Wohnung. Je ein 2. Schlüssel wäre sehr vorteilshaft.

Schönes Anwesen in die Jahre gekommen

Die Raumaufteilung war genial, ebenso die Ausstattung. Man sah allerdings vom Pool aus, dass das Haus teilweise renoviert, neu gestrichen werden muss. Bei Ankunft haben wir Treppen und Terrasse selbst gefegt, da Sand und Dreck sich in den Ecken angesammelt hat. Alles andere war top, super Aussicht und großer Pool.

Très satisfait du séjour. Magnifique villa très bien équipée. Un peu loin du centre et de la mer mais vue splendide et calme absolu. Très bonne communication. Toute la famille a été enchantée.

Perfect villa to book if you’re looking for a 100% relaxing stay

The villa is perfect for a group of six people , the house has everything that you need: from clean bathrooms and spacious bedrooms, to a fully equiped kitchen. Furthermore we enjoyed our nightsleep because of the perfect matrasses

Perfect holiday home, stunning view!

The house is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Each room has it’s own bathroom which makes it perfect if you travel with another couple with kids. You can find a good local restaurant nearby (5 min by car), shops are a bit further away. Denia has got nice beaches, not too crowdy an we never had to look for parking space. The only disadvantage was that we had to return home. So we hope to stay here again in the future!
