建築家所有者によって設計された160平方メートルの南向きの農場のような別荘で、300〜400年前のオリーブの木が生い茂る有機栽培された30,000平方メートルの私有地に調和しています。家は、メインのリビング/キッチンエリアのいずれかの側にある2つの独立した自給式スリーピングユニットで構成されています。ユニットAには、独自のベランダがあり、シャワー付きのバスルーム（バスタブなし）を共有する隣接する2つのエンスイートベッドルームがあります。ユニットBには、階段でつながれた異なるレベルの2つのベッドルームがあり、シャワー付きの1つのバスルーム（バスタブなし）を共有しています。ビザンチンのタイルで覆われた木造の屋根が露出した3つのエリアすべてが、オリーブ畑と海の素晴らしい景色を望む広いベランダに面しています。面積はかなりあり、景観は美しく、地中海の植物に覆われた地面は子供やペットに最適です。家はポルトヘリの町とビーチに近いが、非常に人里離れた場所にあり、リラクゼーションに最適です。

Gute Energie!

Wie der Titel schon sagt herrscht eine gute Energie in dem Haus und dem Olivenhain. Der Empfang von Nikos war sehr freundlich und vertrauensvoll. Wir konnten uns dort ungestört entfalten. Ausstattung von Küche, Badetücher, und der Zimmer war reichlich bemessen. Der nächste Strand ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt (Kiesstrand) und es gibt in der Gegend viele schöne kleinere und größere Strände. In Porto Heli kann man gut einkaufen. Mykene und Epidauros als historische Sehenswürdigkeiten ist mit dem Auto ca. 1 bis 1,5 Stunden entfernt (lohnt sich!). Wir haben uns gerne in dem Haus aufgehalten und sehr wohl gefühlt, der einzige Nachteil war, dass es zwischen benachbarten Räumen keine Türen gab und daher Rückzug manchmal schwierig war. Die zwei Hauptschlafräume haben glücklicherweise Klimaanlagen, die man bei großer Hitze auch dringend braucht.

Paradise

We were six adults who spent a week in Nikos' house. The house is beautiful, and wonderfully decorated and furnished. The view is spectacular, and we appreciated that it truly was in the middle of nature, only looking out at the olive trees and the sea in the distance. We walked or bicycled the small distance to the nearest beach. The beach was perfect, very clean, very few people and with crystal clear waters. Excellent for swimming. Nikos was a very kind and generous host. All in all paradise:-) We would love to come back. One thing to note is that the four rooms are open to the room next door.

Un lieu formidable pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis !

La maison est très agréable et bien équipée, elle est suffisamment vaste pour y séjourner en groupe sans se gêner. L oliveraie est superbe et la plage de galets ombragée qui n est pas loin n était pas bondée la première semaine d'août. Un bémol ? Nous avons mangé toutes les aubergines du potager, il n y en a plus pour vous ! Merci à. Nikos pour sa gentillesse et ses attentions.

BELLE MAISON DANS UNE OLIVERAIE

BELLE DEMEURE GRECQUE

Excellente semaine dans cette maison idéale pour 2 familles avec enfants. Le cadre est magnifique, la maison fonctionnelle et belle. La terrasse qui relie les 3 bâtiment est le vrai lieu de vie agréable de ces lieux. Very beautiful house in a very nice place!

We spend very nice holidays in this house. The house is very beautiful and ideal for holidays in summer. Very beautiful and quiet beach is at a walking distance...through olive tree. The house is not so far from many archeological sites in Argolide. So we can easily mixt during our stay different kind of activities and also have a very quiet stay! Nikos, the owner, is very sympathic person. He will give you a lot of explanations and good ideas to enjoy your stay. We recommand this house if you want to spend ideal holidays in Grece!

La Grèce telle qu'on la rêve

C'est une magnifique maison enfouie au coeur de la verdure et des oliviers, très proche de plusieurs petites plages de galets très préservées, où l'on se baigne dans une eau limpide. La maison a beaucoup d'allure avec sa belle terrasse ouvrant sur un paysage idyllique, surtout au coucher du soleil. L'organisation des pièces en trois unités distinctes est très bien pensée (1 espace cuisine/salon + 2 espaces pour dormir); il faut néanmoins signaler qu'il n'y a pas de porte entre les deux chambres communicantes dans chacune des deux unités. L'équipement de la maison est parfait, et il était très appréciable de trouver tout le linge de maison nécessaire. Nous avons aussi pu cueillir avec délice les légumes, les plantes aromatiques du potager et les fruits du jardin (figues, citrons). L'accueil de Nikos à notre arrivée a été très chaleureux, et ses conseils nous ont été précieux pour nous repérer dans Porto Héli et la région (très bon dîner au restaurant du "Costa Rica", soirée magique au théâtre d'Epidaure, superbe journée passée sur l'île de Spetses très facilement accessible). De plus, nous avons eu un bel échange avec Nikos, grâce à son français impeccable, sur la vie dans la Grèce d'aujourd'hui. C'est donc une adresse rare et parfaite pour visiter l'Argolide et profiter de toutes les joies qu'offre la mer Egée, et nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir. Merci Nikos! Sas eucharistoume para polu!!! The perfect escape

Nikos has designed and built a delightful house for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and the typical tourist hubs. The house has been tastefully furnished with interesting artifacts everywhere you turn and was extremely clean. A true highlight was the evenings spent on the balcony listening to the sound of silence and looking out a sky full of stars. Just a 2 min drive away (or a 15 min walk) from the nearest beach makes it an ideal location. Nikos provided us with numerous recommendations of things to do and see in and around Porto Heli - including a delightful Taverna worth visiting in the nearby town of Koilada. As there is no internet access (which we were thrilled about), for those in need of the occasional glance, one of the tavernas at a nearby beach had free wifi. We would most certainly love the opportunity to go back and highly recommend this property. Naomi and Guy Spigelman

Romance and nature

Very nice location in the middle of old olive trees and beaches in walking distance. We enjoyed really much the sea side view terrasse together with our friends - ideal for two families. The architecture is beatiful with lot of attention into details. The kitchen is fully equiped. Last but not least the introduction by Nikos very helfful for a good start and enjoyable holidays.

Wonderful Family Vacation!

Dear Nikos, We had a lovely time at your beautiful house. Thank you!!! It was perfect for our family and my sister's family. We were 8 all together, 4 adults and 4 children and we had the best time! The house is fully equipped with everything you might need and situated in a beautiful olive grove as well as a ten minute walk from a secluded beach. We took nice day trips in the area and Nikos and Idrisa were very helpful when needed. All the Taverns we great as well. We truly hope to come back soon one of these days! Marvellous place

In a hidden olive grove, we found a gorgeous architectural gem. Just outside Porto Heli, tourism seemed to be fare away. The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. The recommendations from the host to restaurants, shopping and excursions were very good. The two bedroom houses, the kitchen house, several terraces and the very large ecological garden offer a wide variety of ways to relax and play. From the large terrace, we enjoyed the sunset over the island of Spetses with olives from the garden. A great house for two families with children. We enjoyed it very much and hope to to be back soon.
