We enjoyed our stay. It's a 4th floor unit (under the building parking being the "1st floor" plus 3 levels above) with no elevator. But the deck has a good ocean view. Easy access to the beach and good location.

Hey thanks for the great review! Im glad you enjoyed the condo. I have done quite a bit of updating the past couple of years with new flooring, lighting, wiring up ceiling fans in the bedrooms, new hvac and updating the bathrooms. This fall i plan on redoing the cabinets and countertops to make it even better. Hope to have you stay there again. Thanks

Great views and family time

This property is the perfect stay for a family with pets. Our time here was great and close to so much! The view is absolutely stunning and worth every penny! We couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach! Our family will definitely be back! The only thing that would make this property better would be an elevator!

The room was very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and the ocean view is great! There’s a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very quick in responding to questions. The beach was very relaxing, not crowded at all for last week in May.

Great view and location. I booked this for my daughter's 16th birthday because of price, location, view and amenities. But, when we got there we discovered there was no hot tub, as listed in the amenities. We made the best of it though!

Perfect for my family

Pros: Close to the beach with beautiful views. Enjoyed that we could easily walk to the boardwalk. Cons: The carpets need cleaning and the listing says sleeper/futon but it’s a regular sofa. Overall a good experience!

Wonderful getaway!

Had a nice beach getaway this week. Our son and his girlfriend joined my wife and I for a short weekday break. Condo is in a great location. Beach access is just a short walk over the dune. Other than the sound of the sea, very quiet at night. Rooms are just as described. No problems with accommodations. Check in and out was a breeze. Charles is a great host and was very quick to respond when I had a question to ask. Above and beyond attention and communication.

Condo is in need of some upgrades as it is dated. Linens are worn as well. Location is on beach but remote from strip. It is on the 4th FLOOR not third as the first floor is parking. No elevator just stairs. Owner was communicative and responsive.

I appreciate the review. I upgraded the condo quite a lot 2 years ago when I bought it and I just put in a brand new ac system 1 month ago. My drone photos show the location of the condo in reference to the boardwalk. It's about a 15 minute walk to the boardwalk but there are 5 or 6 restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk of the condo. The condo is a top floor unit with great views. It has stairs I do not list an elevator in the amenities. I was unaware of the condition of the linens. I have bought new linens just this week to replace the older ones and asked the cleaners to let me know when they need to be replaced.

Awesome overnight getaway

We live a couple hours away, but our children are in Wilmington. We normally come down just for the day, but figured we wanted a bit more time. Found this place, and it looked a bit dated but the cost was great for location. Ended up being surprisingly happy with everything. Beds were comfortable and it was in a great location to the beach. Was not a crowded area and it was nice relaxing time with kids. Got the house for two nights, but ended up leaving in the evening. We just wanted the second day for convenience of parking and beach access. Didn’t use the pool, one of them looked closed and the other was crowded with a lot of people. But we wanted the beach. Cable didn’t work, that would probably be my only complaint.

Location was great for us; we were happy being away from the boardwalk so we wouldn't have to get sucked into buying things or eating out during the day. Parking at the boardwalk was steep, though. Would have walked the .7 mile if it weren't for my young kids. The pools were great. Loved the view. Perfect access to the beach. The condo itself was a great size and all the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen could use some love. Some of the cabinets don't open all the way and the drawers stick. The organization inside the cabinets was a bit cluttered, and I had to wash the drinking glasses before we used them because there was some sort of debris inside.
