Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit sleeps 8 and offers many amenities including a pool, smart TV's, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, and a Bluetooth speaker. Other activities to enjoy are swimming, fishing, surfing, and relaxing on the beach. Many dining options are nearby, plus 2 grocery stores, local Shoppe’s, and lots of opportunities for bike, and golf cart rentals. A short drive away is Wilmington with many more options for fun. We come back to stay here every summer because it is such a great place! It is a perfect location- close to the beach but far enough away from the craziness of the boardwalk area. My kids love the pool and it is plenty of room for four people!

Awesome property!

All in all was an amazing stay. The property manager Rebecca was awesome and very helpful. Couple of hiccups at check-in but was resolved quickly! Definitely would stay here again!

Pleasant experience

Clean, Very convenient to beach, first floor, 2 bedrooms with 2 FULL BATHS. Had snacks, Coffee creamer, k cups...all of which you dont expect. Rebecca was easy to get hold of with questions. Will stay again. Thankful for cleanliness.

Family Friendly

Swimming pool is a great option and great location to the beach. Like the fact parking is included. Close distance to Boardwalk and many restaurants. Also in a quiet location. Recommend ceiling fan in second bedroom. Awesome kingsize bed in master bedroom but too high off the floor for a senior citizen :)

Perfect location!

We had a wonderful trip! This location is perfect for a family. We have stayed in this condo building for 2 years now and we came back because of the location. This condo's parking spot is on the end by the walkway, which helps a lot when you have a larger vehicle. The condo was equipted with everything we needed for our stay. We had tried to communicate with the owner through VRBO and add on the night before our stay because it looked open on the calendar but we never got a response. The only complaints we had were the smoke detector was open with the battery taken out and a couple of the ceiling fans remotes were not working. We also couldn't get the TV in the bunk bed room to work (which was fine because my kids didn't need it) We did see one dead bug in the living room the day after the pest company had sprayed. But all in all a perfect vacation and we will definitely be back!

The condo is great and located convenient to the beach but several things needed attention.

On our arrival, the unit wasn't ready for us. The manager met us there and apologized before we called her and we then left for dinner so it could be cleaned. The second morning the manager came by again with the HVAC maintenance man. We mentioned the AC was quite noisy and she agreed although the service call was only routine filter changing. We also complained about the worn and nubby sheets and was told she would check with the owners. We had brought ground coffee with us not realizing there was only a keurig coffeemaker. A minor inconvenience, we went out for coffee the first morning since there were only two k-cups in the cupboard. We didn't expect coffee to be furnished but were disappointed that there wasn't a regular drip coffeepot, no toaster either. The manager brought new sheets on the third day and offered to make the bed (without laundering the new sheets) and we chose to do it ourselves after washing/drying them. The unit is well equipped overall but several things are needing attention: no additional trash bags were provided for our 5 day stay, smoke alarm is stuck in open position with no battery, toilet paper holder is torn out of wall and roll sits on back of toilet, sink stopper doesn't work properly in bathroom sink, (very hard to release) living room tv remotes are confusing and no instructions could be found, battery operated candles are burned out, and the electricity surges causing loss of programming on TV. Two things that couldn't have been prevented but affected our stay overall were the light over the kitchen sink went out and the kitchen sink began to leak on our last evening there. We chose to shut the valves, put a bowl under it, and go out to dinner after reporting it!

As you may have noticed from other travelers' reviews, we pay close attention to the comfort of our guests and are disappointed that your experience did not meet our own high standards. As with most vacation rentals, everyday wear and tear can be expected. In fact, many rentals have their guests provide their own linens, trash bags and coffee. At any rate, we have addressed all of your concerns. Also, please be advised that all of our condo amenities, including type of coffee maker, can be found in our hospitality tab. Modern condo just steps from the beach. The host was very accommodating and understanding. Condo was supplied with linens, washcloths, towels and soaps. They even had keruig coffee pods so we could enjoy sitting outside in the mornings. We would recommend this rental.

We love this place!

My husband, our 3 year old daughter and I frequently stay in this building and we love it. We have family that has a home here, but it’s not oceanfront and it does not have a pool. We have stayed in multiple condos in this building and this one was overall my favorite. It is on the first floor which is great with a toddler, but due to the dunes you are unable to see the ocean from the balcony, but we were aware and fine with that. The location is prime. I also loved that this condo had two baths instead of the typical 1 1/2. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The pictures of the condo are accurate and it is truly beautiful. The property manager was helpful and very easy to reach. We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Convenient nice rental!

Loved the convenient location of this condo. This is our second visit and we’d love to come back again. The designated parking spot was the best for beach access in the whole complex, to grab our stuff out of the trunk and go. I worried each time we left that someone would take our spot, and it happened twice. Once on a rainy day, thankfully it was just the cleaning crew and I caught them unloading and they moved after a few minutes. Our last night there a random took our spot and we had to park near the street in the extra spot. Not a big deal. The condo was clean and had what we needed. I would’ve liked an extra couple trash bags and dishwasher detergent tabs but again these are minor things. So much to do in a short drive and loved the convenience of beach access. Can’t wait to go back!

PERFECTION

The location is awesome and you can't beat having beach access right outside your door. A mile from the boardwalk, private parking, full kitchen, keurig, and super comfortable beds are just a few of the highlights we enjoyed! It was too cold for the pool during our stay but it was very clean with a nice area to sunbathe or let the kids play. Towels and linens are high quality, but don't forget paper towels and toilet paper. We don't expect perfection at all so still had an amazing time, but it was clear the furniture isn't ever moved to be clean and was quite dirty in the trundle drawers, near the couches, and in the cabinets. But that didn't deter our stay in the slightest. We loved our long weekend and would absolutely return!!

Great weekend!

This was our first time visiting Carolina Beach and this was a Great place to stay. The condo was in a perfect location and had easy beach access. There were towels, beach towels and even beach chairs and toys to be used. The shower curtain liners in both bathrooms need to be replaced but other than that it was perfect! We will definitely be booking again!
