The Mediterranean Villa Nina is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the small town of La Padula Sicca. It consists of 2 holiday apartments and exudes Italian flair. This barrier-free apartment has a comfortable living room with a dining area, a well equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and offers place for 4 persons. Wi-Fi is available for a fee. The absolute highlight of the accommodation is the spacious outdoor area with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea. On your private terrace you can spend relaxing evenings with a meal and a glass of wine or use the barbecue in the shared garden, which is 1200 m² in size. The accommodation is perfect for those who are looking for a holiday home close to beautiful beaches. The sea can be reached in only 300 m. The fantastic white sandy beach of Spiaggia Isuledda with its turquoise, crystal clear waters can be reached in 2.1 km or 6 minutes by car. The centre of San Teodoro, which is 7 km away, offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés and you can reach it in only 12 minutes by car.

Wunderschönes Haus mit super Blick

Pros: Die Terrasse ist einmalig. In der Nähe sind tolle Strände und San Teodoro ist ein sehr nettes Städtchen, nicht zu touristisch. Cons: Die Küche hätte noch mit etwas mehr Basics ausgestattet sein können.

Tolle Lage mit Meerblick

Pros: wir waren im Juni in Sardinen und es war sehr ruhig in der ganzen Siedlung, Der schöne Sandstrand ist zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. . Cons: Das Haus ist gepflegt , aber da Interieur etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küche war mittelmäßig eingerichtet

Pros: Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Ist sehr gepflegt und die Vermieter sind ganz liebe Herzensmenschen Cons: Zusätzliche Kosten

Tolle Lage etwas ausshalb von San Teodoro, 5min mit dem Auto.

Pros: Die Aussicht war wunderschön, nicht zu steil am Hang, 5 min vom Wasser und Dog Beach entfernt. Domenico Dauria war ein super toller Gastgeber, der äußerst rasch per Whatsapp schrieb und immer zur Verfügung stand. Haus war super sauber und hatte alles was es benötigte. Parkplatz ist 1min entfernt, wobei das Auto vorgefahren und eingeladen werden kann. Ich hatte selbst noch nie so ein schöner Rasen und gepflegten Garten in Italien gesehen. Einfach toll und für uns war alles perfekt. Vielen lieben Dank an Domenico und seine Frau! Cons: Gar nichts, es gibt effektiv nichts zu Reklamieren.
